I just noticed that Longgang District in Shenzhen released an interesting policy support plan in 2025, mainly focusing on the development of the two technical frameworks, OpenClaw and OPC.

Simply put, the Longgang District AI Office is promoting the implementation and application of these open-source technologies. For teams and individuals who contribute core code to the international community or develop application tools based on OpenClaw, they can receive up to 2 million yuan in subsidies. Especially for projects related to OPC, if the project itself is highly innovative and effective, it can be recognized as a "Longgang OpenClaw Application Demonstration Project," and an additional reward of up to 1 million yuan can be granted.

What's more interesting is that for high-tech OPC startups in their early stages, as long as they have high technical content and strong innovation capabilities, the district will also provide up to 10 million yuan in equity investment support. This is indeed a good opportunity for young entrepreneurs.

They are focusing on key areas such as intelligent manufacturing, smart government, smart parks, and smart health. It seems like an attempt to build a local AI application ecosystem by lowering development barriers through open-source frameworks like OPC and OpenClaw. Longgang's move is quite forward-looking, especially as regions are competing for dominance in the AI industry.
