I'm reading about the collapse that occurred on the Kadena network last fall and trying to understand what Kaddex did after this event. Kaddex has officially acquired all intellectual property and rights related to Kadena. The sudden shutdown of the network was caused by financial difficulties and management issues, resulting in a 60% drop in the price of KDA within an hour.

Currently, the price of KDA is at $0.01, with a 0.91% decrease in the last hour. After Kaddex's takeover, the ecosystem has been completely restructured. The new management plans to focus on security, compliance, and decentralized tokenomics. Kaddex's vision is to control the entire Kadena infrastructure and rebuild the project from scratch.

A one-to-one compensation process has begun for existing KDA holders. During this transition, KDA token holders are entitled to receive the same amount of tokens when switching to the new chain. However, there are concerns about centralization risks in the market. Kaddex's centralized management is quite different from its previous decentralized structure. Whether Kaddex can make this project sustainable in the long term remains an unanswered question. Some see this move as a positive step, while others believe Kadena's original vision is being lost.
