So MagicEden basically just pulled the plug on their EVM and Bitcoin Runes support. CEO Jack Lu said they're shutting down those markets, closing the Bitcoin API, and ending wallet services starting from last month. Pretty big shift honestly.

The reason? They're saying most of their costs went into products that barely made money anyway. So they're cutting those losses and putting everything behind Dicey, their prediction market. Keeping NFTPack since that's actually profitable, but the focus prediction stuff is where they're betting the farm now.

Kind of makes sense from a business angle - why burn cash on low-revenue markets when you can focus prediction resources on something with better margins? Feels like crypto platforms are finally getting real about what actually works. Wonder if this prediction market play will pay off for them though.
