I saw the news about MagicEden — they are winding down support for NFT markets on Ethereum and Bitcoin, closing the API, and removing the buyback program. It sounds like a serious strategic shift. CEO Jack Lu explained that these areas generated little revenue, so resources are being redirected to Dicey, their prediction market. It turns out that most of the platform's expenses went toward low-margin products.

Now they are focusing on crypto entertainment and prediction markets. They are only keeping NFTPack, which is profitable. Honestly, it makes sense — why keep unprofitable areas if there are more promising ones? The question is whether they will even be able to compete in the prediction market, or if this will be another pivot that won't take off.
