A recent summary of my position management in plain language: If you can't hold onto spot holdings, don't force it; if you can't handle volatility, don't open too large. Honestly, I'm the same way—when spot turns red, I want to sell; when futures pull back, I start adding; and before I know it, I blow up... I'm all too familiar with it.

Now I take a rougher approach: only keep the "sleep well" portion of spot holdings, and treat the rest that I want to tinker with as game tokens; on the futures side, treat leverage like chili powder—don't sprinkle it if you don't have to, and if you do open a position, first think about the worst-case loss, and when it hits that, just shut down the computer. Recently, before and after that blockchain upgrade, everyone has been guessing whether to migrate or not, and I'm a bit anxious too, but the more anxious I get, the more I need to hold back—don't let emotions become your strategy.

I need to be reminded: staying alive is more important than catching every K-line, for now.
