Last night I almost got itchy to chase the rally again, opened the order interface for the third time and then closed it... To be honest, I have to ask first: Did I get some new information, or am I simply being led by the K-line? Most of the time it's the latter. Seeing others post profits, and the group full of "Go for it," my position just inflates along with it, which is pretty scary. Now I force myself to first write down the stop-loss and risk limit; if I don't, I won't place an order, even if I miss out, so be it. By the way, I want to complain about the recent L2 hype, comparing TPS, fees, and subsidies—watching the heated debate, but it actually makes it easier to ignite people's emotions... As someone with insomnia, I'm most easily led astray. For now, that's it. If I can't sleep, I won't randomly add to my position.
