🔥Citigroup raises its 2026 Brent crude oil price forecast, with an extreme scenario reaching $150
Citigroup on Sunday raised its forecast for the remaining Brent crude oil average price in 2026, increasing the baseline scenario prices for Q2, Q3, and Q4 to $110, $95, and $80 per barrel, respectively. The bank stated that if disruptions to oil transportation through the Strait of Hormuz persist until the end of June, oil prices could rise to $150 per barrel.
