Stopping loss is really like a breakup, dragging it out without admitting defeat, the more you watch, the more uncomfortable it gets, and in the end, taking the final blow costs you a bunch of "interest" (time, attention, opportunity cost).

I used to always want to wait for a rebound, but what I got was emotional exhaustion, and I’d even check the charts before bed, which is pretty stupid…
It’s actually better to admit defeat early, then your mind clears, and you can move on to other things.

Recently, I saw new L1/L2 projects offering incentives to boost TVL, and old users complaining “mining, selling,” which is basically normal: when people come, people leave.
During the hype, it’s easiest to treat the stop-loss line as just a decoration.

What I fear most isn’t losing money, but knowing it’s wrong and still stubbornly holding on, dragging myself into numbness.
That’s all for now.
