I feel like my recent mindset is like doing a version update: v1 just for practice, casually interacting; v2 starting to silently hope that points can exchange for something; now v3... a bit anxious, honestly once practice turns into expectation, my hand unconsciously starts to overcommit.

So I set a stop-loss for myself: the maximum amount spent on a single testnet is "not painful if lost," and once exceeded, I stop; I also set a time stop—if there are no new tasks after several days, I don’t force it, to avoid being driven by emotions. Recently, I also saw large on-chain transfers and abnormal movements in exchange hot and cold wallets being interpreted as smart money... I get itchy too, but thinking about all this noise, my first rule in my map is still risk control: don’t turn practice into an obsession, and don’t forget the snapshot.
