After 19 hours of outage, the TravelSky app reports that its functions have returned to normal.

After the app’s functions became unavailable yesterday at noon, Trip.com Travel said this morning that all app functions have returned to normal. The company stated that, during the outage, issues such as abnormal orders would be followed up on one by one, and its customer service team would assist everyone in handling them properly. Going forward, Trip.com Travel will conduct a comprehensive post-incident review, continuously optimize its products and features, and work to fully ensure users’ travel service experience.
