The National Health Commission held a press conference today to introduce health knowledge related to cancer prevention and early screening.
This year’s National Cancer Prevention and Control Publicity Week is from April 15 to 21, and the theme is “Early Prevention, Early Screening, Early Treatment, Working Together to Fight Cancer.”
A relevant person in charge of the National Health Commission introduced that research shows that more than 40% of cancers can be effectively prevented through measures such as maintaining a healthy lifestyle and reducing exposure to carcinogens.
Recently, the National Health Commission released the “China Cancer Prevention and Healthy Lifestyle Guidelines (2026 Edition),” which proposes 15 anti-cancer recommendations related to diet, exercise, hygiene habits, and scientific protection.
These suggestions are simple, easy to implement, convenient, and practical, and can directly reduce the risk of cancer in daily life.
It is recommended that everyone check and learn more on the official website of the National Health Commission. (CCTV News)
