To enhance user experience, Gate has launched the “ Token Recovery “ feature. If your deposited coin did not arrive due to incorrect information entered during the transaction, you can now submit a recovery request via this feature.
You may submit a “Token Recovery” application using this feature if your situation meets the following criteria:
1.The receiving address for your deposit is a chain-based deposit address on the Gate platform.
2.The transaction status on the blockchain is “Confirmed/Successful”:
- You can check the status using the transaction hash (TXID) on a blockchain explorer. If it shows “Confirmed” or “Successful”, you’re eligible to use this feature.
- You can also verify the status on the withdrawal platform. If it shows “Completed” or “Credited”, your transaction qualifies. If it shows “Unconfirmed” or “Failed”, please contact the withdrawal platform directly for assistance.
3.Your deposit was made using a network or chain supported by Gate.
4.The “Token Recovery” feature only supports self-service applications. You cannot apply on behalf of another user.
5.This feature is only applicable to deposits made to Gate.
