IPO Access is a subscription channel provided by Gate that allows users to submit subscription requests at a reference price before the target company is officially listed, securing potential allocation opportunities.

The final IPO price is determined by market demand, valuation, and book-building results. The price displayed during the subscription period is a reference range. If the final price deviates within 20% of the reference price, allocation will be processed automatically. If the deviation exceeds 20%, a second confirmation process will be triggered to ensure your right to be informed and make investment decisions.

After the company is listed, Gate will credit the corresponding shares to your stock account based on the final offering price and your subscription.

IPO Access subscriptions are considered indications of interest and do not guarantee allocation. After submitting a subscription, you may receive full allocation, partial allocation, or no allocation.
