🚨 Bitcoin and Ethereum are crashing, and this time it is not the charts causing it.
The US Senate just delayed a vote on the Clarity Act, the bill that was supposed to give crypto clear market structure rules.
One trader called this exact move days in advance and warned it could get worse from here if the delay drags on.
Right now the message from traders watching this closely is simple: pass the bill, or expect more of this.

During today’s live stream, I opened a position. The livestream affects my judgment. I clearly had it right—once I knew the big BTC was going to drop and then bounce, I did a long for more than two times, got stopped out with a loss, and then I even opened a short again—another loss. The entry points for the long weren’t good either, and I got stopped out again. On the fourth attempt to go long, things finally stabilized!
Now I just need to see whether my prediction is correct—can BTC bounce back to around 650? If it reaches there, then I’ll be able to take some profit!
I still suggest everyon

When the market suddenly rallies, it’s easiest to get carried away, but this time I didn’t chase. Instead, I waited for it to come back to around 3.050 and then observed. The earlier segment of volatility was really tormenting—prices would pump up, then suddenly spike down. Just when I started to build some confidence, the next second I’d start doubting my judgment again.

What truly made me dare to hold, though, was that during the pullback the selling pressure didn’t keep expanding. At the low end, there were buyers, and the price also didn’t drop back into the original weak range. This det

$SOL Signal】Short-term pullback; 4H resistance level faces rejection
$SOL After the 1H MACD golden cross, volume shrank. The price rebounded to the intersection zone of the 4H Bollinger middle band and EMA50, where selling pressure began to emerge. Although buy-side depth is dominant (1.37), the price failed to break through 74.4 effectively, indicating insufficient willingness for the bulls to actively push upward.

$BTC We have a significant buildup of low leverage longs below us.
With Monday's high now established and BTC trading below the weekly open, there's a strong possibility this liquidity gets tested if the bearish market structure remains intact.

This logic is indeed sound: low-leverage longs are actually more fragile, and once they break below support, it will trigger a chain reaction.

$ON Signal】Bulls chase higher. The 1H MACD volume histogram continues to expand, but sell-side depth is still suppressing.
$ON RSI 1H spikes to 80.49. The 4H Bollinger upper band at 0.242 has already been broken, with current sell-side depth around 0.25487 at -34.42%. There is a buy-side gap, but the MACD volume histogram is still expanding and the bulls are actively pushing the price up. The 4H EMA20 at 0.1784 provides strong support; the price is far from the moving average. Short-term momentum is sufficient, but high-level contention is intensifying.

THE NEXT 72 HOURS COULD SET THE TONE FOR THE MARKET THROUGH THE END OF THIS QUARTER.
The coming days are packed with major economic data, central bank decisions, and Big Tech earnings. Any surprise could trigger significant volatility across stocks, bonds, and crypto here are the key events to watch:
1. Tuesday — Consumer Confidence
A weaker-than-expected reading could signal that consumers are becoming more cautious with their spending. That would raise concerns about economic growth and potentially add pressure to risk assets.
2. Wednesday — FOMC Rate Decision

Trump Says New Tariffs Will Not Hurt the Economy, But What Will Be the Impact on the World Economy? ✨
Following the statement that new tariffs will not harm the US economy, attention is now focused on the global impact.
🔹 Tariffs directly increase import costs, which are primarily reflected in importing companies and then in consumer prices.
🔹 Export revenues decrease in countries subject to tariffs, putting pressure on production and employment.
🔹 Global supply chains are being reshaped, companies are turning to alternative production centers, and this transition process creates increased

#StrategyInitiatesSTRCBuyback has become an important topic of discussion among investors, analysts, and market observers. A share buyback is far more than a routine corporate announcement—it often represents management's confidence in the company's long-term strategy, financial strength, and commitment to enhancing shareholder value. While every buyback should be evaluated within the context of a company's overall financial position, these decisions frequently signal that leadership believes the business is well-positioned for future growth.

thnxx for the update
BTC current price is 63,804. The order book remains dominated by short-side strength, and the short-term downside pressure pattern is unchanged. Selling pressure above is relatively heavy, and the overall approach still prioritizes shorting on rebounds from higher levels.
Wait for a price rebound to test the 64,200–64,700 resistance zone. After it comes under pressure, place short orders in batches:
First target: 63,200; second target: 62,500.
If there is a valid breakout above 65,000, abandon the high-short idea and don’t go against the trend to try to top it. In a falling market, don’t chase

#MinnesotaPredictionMarketBanBlocked
LEGAL SHOWDOWN OVER PREDICTION MARKETS
The future of prediction markets in the United States took a major turn on July 27, 2026, when a federal judge blocked Minnesota's groundbreaking prediction market ban before it could take effect. The decision allows platforms such as Kalshi and Polymarket to continue operating in the state while a broader legal battle unfolds over whether states have the authority to prohibit federally regulated event contracts.
KEY COURT DECISION
U.S. District Judge Katherine Menendez in Minneapolis issued a preliminary injunction preventing Minnesota from enforcing the law that Governor Tim Walz signed in May 2026. The legislation was scheduled to become effective on August 1 and would have made operating a prediction market within Minnesota a felony. If implemented, it would have been the first state law in the nation to completely ban prediction markets instead of regulating them.
WHY THE LAW WAS CHALLENGED
An unusual coalition formed to oppose the legislation. The U.S. Department of Justice, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Kalshi, and Polymarket each challenged the law, arguing that the Commodity Exchange Act grants exclusive authority over prediction markets and event contracts to the federal government. Their position was that states cannot override this federal framework by introducing separate bans.
THE COURT'S REASONING
Judge Menendez concluded that federal law is likely to preempt Minnesota's statute. According to the ruling, several event contracts offered by Kalshi and Polymarket satisfy the federal legal definition of a "swap" under the Commodity Exchange Act. Because these contracts fall within federal jurisdiction, the court found that Minnesota's attempt to prohibit them is unlikely to withstand legal review.
STATE VS FEDERAL AUTHORITY
Minnesota argued that prediction markets function as wagering systems, allowing consumers to speculate on sports, elections, entertainment, and world events, making them comparable to illegal gambling. The court, however, determined that federal regulation of qualifying event contracts likely overrides conflicting state restrictions. This creates an important distinction between federally regulated financial products and state gambling laws.
BUSINESS IMPACT
Kalshi and Polymarket maintained that the ban would create irreparable harm by disrupting a nationally unified prediction market. The companies also argued that restrictions on promoting their services raised First Amendment concerns. While those constitutional arguments remain unresolved, the court determined they were unnecessary to address during the preliminary injunction stage. Judge Menendez also indicated that future rulings could narrow the scope of the injunction if certain contracts are ultimately found not to qualify as federally regulated swaps.
WHY THIS CASE MATTERS
The decision represents one of the most important legal developments for the prediction market industry. Although multiple states have challenged these platforms through regulatory actions, Minnesota became the first to pass legislation making their operation a felony. Blocking that law signals that federal courts may increasingly recognize prediction markets as financial instruments governed by federal law rather than activities controlled by individual state gambling statutes.
BROADER IMPLICATIONS FOR CRYPTO
The outcome reaches beyond prediction markets alone. For the digital asset industry, the ruling strengthens the argument that federally regulated blockchain-based financial products receive meaningful protection from conflicting state-level prohibitions. That principle could influence future disputes involving tokenized assets, decentralized exchanges, and other crypto-native financial services operating within federal regulatory frameworks.
Prediction market platforms will continue operating in Minnesota while the lawsuit proceeds through the courts. The final outcome has the potential to establish a lasting precedent for how prediction markets are regulated across the United States and may shape the relationship between federal oversight and state authority for years to come.
