Last night, I did a real trade by buying puts for Nvidia $NVDA expiry date options, 10 lots. My entry price rose by up to 15x; according to my trading system, I could have captured 10x.
But long-term MEME trading has trained me into a “shitcoin dog” mindset. I considered getting my capital back first and selling in batches; in the end, it was only 3x, netting just over $1,000. If I had followed my trading system completely, the profit would have been close to $10k—another failed position anyway.
Right now, the issue with my trading system’s entries isn’t big, and the stop-loss works fine too.

This trade is the type where you get the direction right, but almost don’t manage to hold onto it. After I initially shorted, the market didn’t cooperate right away; instead, it was pulled back several times in succession. The fluctuations on the screen make it very easy to panic—I also had the thought of getting out early.
But what I focused on the whole time didn’t change: every rebound got shoved back down by sell pressure. They wanted to push the price up, but there wasn’t sustained support. The price fell from 0.04289 to 0.02823, and the final result landed at +672.55%—only then did I giv

7.28 SOL order book analysis

Direction: After stalling at a high level, it turns and heads downward. In the short term, price action is dominated by controlling the head. Wait for a rebound to set up a short-position layout.
Control: Around 73.90-74.30. Stop loss above 74.70. Targets: 72.80/72.10.

After SOL surged and hit the 77.48 high point, the upward push kept weakening. The price then oscillated and slid lower; the current quote is 73.31. The market has validly broken below the short-term moving average constraint, and moving-average pressure continues to suppress any rebound. The bul

On 7.28, ETH, around 1870—Qingcang duo; target 1930.
Master Ye will be around 1950-1960—Qingcang yan, stop at 1990; target 1880.
For ETH on the 1H timeframe: after yesterday’s spike to 1982, it quickly pulled back and has continued to break below short-term moving average support.
So far, the lowest has touched around 1865, and short-term bearish pressure is relatively strong.
But the 1870-1880 area shows clear buy-side support—this is also a key location where longs and shorts battle for control.
With 9 years of trading experience, I’ve seen too many markets complete reversals amid

This drop didn’t come out of nowhere. What was truly sudden were those still chasing the rebound—right after they’d been full of hope, in the blink of an eye they could only watch as the shorts took over the pace.
A few days ago, before bed, I repeatedly watched how $CFX performed around CFX. The rebound became increasingly difficult, and the overhead suppression was clear: the moment sell orders showed up, prices shrank downward. As for the so-called strength, it never managed to stand its ground. So at the time, I warned that the “baiting for longs” flavor was heavy—don’t take a risk for the

$ON Signal】Go long | 4H Bollinger Band upper breakout + funding rate stays elevated
$ON 1H RSI 74.54, price breaks through the 4H Bollinger Band upper band from 0.1984 to 0.19881. Funding rate is running high at 0.0519%, and OI remains stable without significant contraction; long-side control has not eased. Sell-side order ratio on the order book is 57%, but price holds above the upper band, exposing strong bid absorption. Current risk-reward ratio is 1.5, momentum still present—worth a short-term breakout bet for accelerated moves.

This period’s Bitcoin market is very typical—oscillating repeatedly from just over 60k to around 65k, with ETFs continuing to see outflows, liquidity not holding up, and the technical picture also lacking a clear direction. The Fed meeting is right around the corner again. A lot of people stare at the charts every day and feel like they have to take action—yet the result is either getting slapped back and forth, or making a little money and then giving it all back.
So most of the time during this period, I’m doing one thing: waiting.

A few days ago I caught it with my last look: the market was still at high levels, pretending to be calm. This morning, when I checked again, the shorts had already laid out the answer. $FIL This time wasn’t a sudden flip of sides—it's that the push upward had no volume and the follow-through was insufficient. Each time you tested higher, you were still a bit short, and the suppression never really loosened.
When the price kept oscillating during the session, I watched FIL’s rhythm and entered a long position around 0.9335. At the time, the key guidance was simple: don’t chase a fake breakout

Good morning, let’s review.
Long positions keep getting bled out; even US stocks, Nokia, bounced a little.
LTC contract and spot LTC are both down slightly.
It’s tiring, but it’s still okay—if we keep buying longs, what should we do? The bears look pretty intimidating.

Today Erbing’s Morning Thoughts
**Actions:**
Go long near 1870-1860
First target: 1900-1930
Second target: above 1950
Short: near 1950-1960, take a light short, take good care of your hedging, target: 1880-1860
Currently, this is reduced-volume, tight-range consolidation, and there hasn’t been panic selling—so there’s no basis for a violent oversold rebound. Going long requires patience: wait for the price to break out above the top of the short-term trading range with volume, and confirm it has firmly held before following with a light position. The targets are only for a pullback int

Yesterday, the gold price opened with a gap and jumped higher, rising as high as 4116 before meeting resistance and pulling back. Toward the close, it settled around 4080.
From the four-hour timeframe, the recent highs have been continuously moving lower, forming a standard downtrend, and the bearish structure remains intact.
At present, the bullish rebound strength is weak; there is clear overhead pressure on the bulls. Upside momentum is limited, so don’t chase after spikes.
There is no major market-moving news or data within the day; gold is likely to keep trading in a range. Just trade bac

This week is “Super Central Bank Week.” The Federal Reserve decision, tech giant earnings reports, and PCE data are all coming in a rush—markets are likely to jump around a lot! For safety, Sister Wan will reduce trading frequency this week, not do random experiments, and patiently wait for the most reliable right-side opportunity.
BTC’s current weekly trend shows four consecutive bullish candles; the uptrend is still intact, and both lows and highs are stepping upward steadily. But everyone should stay alert and watch out for the Nasdaq pullback and its knock-on effects.
My plan this week is:
