What is leverage? Why does higher leverage often mean less room for error?
In cryptocurrency trading, leverage allows traders to control larger positions with less margin, but it does not make market risk disappear. On the contrary, the higher the leverage, the greater the impact that a price move of the same magnitude usually has on margin.
