Would you still chase ZEC at $1,585?
Grayscale’s privacy coin ETF has reached $1 billion in AUM, the NU7 upgrade on November 5 will make it 3x faster, and it surged from tens of dollars to $1,650 in a year—but just now, ZEC pulled back from $1,440 to $1,585, with $44 million in liquidations hanging overhead. Is this the privacy bull market’s last chance to get in, or are market manipulators using the ETF to unload?
First, the surface view: up dozens of times in a year, consolidating at highs, but the trend remains intact.
Currently at $1,585, up 4-5% in 24 hours, with a recent high of $1,650 and a pullback low of $1,440-$1,490. Daily moving averages are in a bullish alignment, with EMA20 at $1,330, EMA50 at $1,050, and EMA200 at $650. RSI is 66-70, strong but not extremely overbought. MACD is above the zero line, with positive bars. All indicators are saying one thing: the medium-term bullish structure remains intact, but the short term has entered a battleground of “huge gains + profit-taking.”
First: the privacy coin ETF is here, and ZEC is no longer “black-market money.”
Grayscale’s ZCSH—the first U.S. spot privacy coin ETF—has already reached $1 billion in AUM, with net inflows of about $300 million. Europe’s 21Shares has also launched a physically backed ZEC ETP.
In plain English:
Buying ZEC used to feel like committing a crime; now institutions are opening a VIP channel for you.
This is the core variable behind ZEC’s transformation from a “niche privacy coin” into an asset near the Top 10. Without an ETF, ZEC could not have risen this much; with an ETF, ZEC’s valuation logic has changed—from an “anonymous payment tool” into “compliant privacy infrastructure.”
You’ve seen the same script before: Bitcoin ETFs in 2020 and ETH ETFs in 2024. Nobody believed in them at the time, and later they were left kicking themselves.
Second: the November 5 NU7 upgrade will make privacy transactions 3x faster.
Block time will drop from 75 seconds to 25 seconds, with the holder vote passing almost unanimously. Ledger’s desktop app has begun displaying shielded balances, improving the self-custody experience. Co-founder Eli Ben-Sasson still maintains his personal year-end target of $5,000 and also supports the “Shielded Bitcoin” proposal.
More importantly, the fundamentals are recovering:
A forgeable-vulnerability was discovered in the Orchard pool in May; the Ironwood upgrade successfully migrated and rebuilt the shielded pool in July, restoring verifiability of supply integrity. Shielded supply currently accounts for about 29% of circulating supply, approximately 4.9 million coins, and the anonymity set continues to expand.
Privacy is not crime; privacy is the last layer of underwear in the AI era.
When every platform is using AI to dig through your data, ZEC tells you: you can choose to hide. This is not speculation; it is a basic necessity.
Third: but there is one landmine you must know about.
Up dozens of times in a year, with huge gains. The macro environment is tightening: the Federal Reserve raised rates to 3.75%-4.00% in September, the 10-year U.S. Treasury yield briefly reached 5.1%, and the probability of another hike in October is not low. BTC has pulled back from $87,000 to $84,000 and is consolidating, with BTC dominance at 58%.
ZEC can outperform the broader market because of its own ETF and upgrade narratives, not because overall liquidity is loose. Once risk appetite contracts, high-flying altcoins will correct first.
There are also several specific risks:
Funds in the old Sprout pool that are not migrated may become unspendable after NU7
Some whales have recorded wallet sales
Warnings of “$44 million liquidation risk” have appeared after the price reached highs
4H-level OI is not low, longs are paying the funding rate, and leveraged longs are crowded; a sharp drop will amplify volatility
Do not bet on NU7 with leverage, because liquidations will not wait until November 5.
The bulls and bears—take a look yourself
On one side:
Grayscale’s privacy coin ETF has $1 billion in AUM, opening the institutional channel
The NU7 upgrade is scheduled for November 5, making block time 3x faster
Shielded supply is 29%, and the Orchard vulnerability has been fixed
Institutions including Paradigm have disclosed holdings, while DCG mining companies are leveraging up to expand production
Daily moving averages are in a bullish alignment, with RSI at 66-70 and not extremely overbought
No large-scale VC unlocks, a 21M hard cap, and a halving mechanism similar to BTC
On the other side:
Up dozens of times in a year, with profits ready to be taken at any time
The Federal Reserve has raised rates to 3.75%-4%, Treasury yields are at 5.1%, and the macro environment is tight
$1,650-$1,680 is strong resistance and has held three times
Whale selling and a $44 million liquidation warning
The old Sprout pool migration risk remains unresolved
The key level is $1,585, just $145 above the life-or-death line at $1,440.
Resistance above: $1,636 → $1,650-$1,680 → $1,714 (upper Bollinger Band) → $1,800-$1,900
Support below: $1,550-$1,580 → $1,440 (iron floor/life-or-death line) → $1,400 → $1,180-$1,300
Only a daily close below $1,440 would truly weaken the trend. As long as $1,440 holds, the medium-term bullish structure remains intact.
Trading strategy (no fluff)
Already holding long positions:
Take partial profits near $1,585 (1/3 to 1/2), and protect the remainder with a trailing stop. First defense at $1,550, with a hard stop below $1,440. Take profits in batches at $1,680, $1,750, and $1,900. Keep leverage below 5-10x.
Empty-handed but want to go long:
Do not chase $1,585. Wait for a pullback to $1,550-$1,480 or for support at $1,440 to stabilize (a long lower wick and high-volume bullish candle) before entering in batches. A breakout above $1,680 followed by a confirmed retest can also be chased, but with a smaller position.
Want to short/hedge:
Only suitable for short-term trades or hedging existing spot holdings. If resistance appears at $1,636-$1,680, you can cautiously try a small short; the stop-loss must be tight (stop out on a break above $1,714), with targets at $1,550 and then $1,440. High-level shorts are vulnerable to a short squeeze, so the position must be extremely small.
Position sizing and timing:
Keep total exposure below 20-30% of the account, and even lower for perpetuals. Watch volatility around November 5 before and after NU7, as well as Treasury yields and the October FOMC.
Medium to long term:
If you are bullish on the privacy sector and institutionalization, spot DCA or holding with low leverage is more suitable; watch whether the narrative can continue through the halving. Perpetuals are suitable for swing trading, not for heavily leveraged holds.
ZEC now looks like Tesla in 2020—
99% of people thought “privacy coins have no future,” but once institutional ETFs came in, it surged straight into the Top 10.
But remember one thing:
You didn’t dare buy after a 30x rally, and you’ll be even less willing to buy if it falls back to $1,440—so why did you come to crypto?
On the day NU7 goes live on November 5, you will realize: ZEC was never the problem—it was your inability to hold it.

ONDO at $0.55—would you dare chase it?
BlackRock’s model portfolio just went on-chain, and ONDO’s daily trading volume hit $1 billion, pushing it from 0.42 to 0.55—but its founder is dead, lawsuits are piling up, and 1.7 billion tokens are still hanging over its head for an unlock in 2027. Is this the RWA revolution, or the final frenzy?
First, look at the surface: the bullish catalyst is explosive, and the price has broken out aggressively.
On September 24, Ondo launched smart portfolio tokens, with the underlying strategies coming from BlackRock’s model portfolios and three products directly packaged into on-chain tokens. Non-U.S. accredited investors can buy a basket of institutional portfolios with a single token. The market immediately voted with money: 24-hour trading volume surged to around $1 billion, and the price jumped from 0.42–0.44 straight to above 0.55.
The candlestick chart tells you: a large bullish candle on heavy volume, breaking out of a multi-month range, moving above all moving averages, with daily RSI shooting straight above 80. Every indicator is shouting one thing: the RWA leader is taking off—don’t miss the move.
But don’t rush in just yet. Behind this large bullish candle are three painful realities.
First: the business is strong, but the token’s rights are weak.
ONDO is an absolute leader in the RWA sector. Tokenized U.S. Treasuries and tokenized U.S. stocks, with OUSG heavily connected to BlackRock’s BUIDL. The institutional roster includes BlackRock, with DTCC and FINRA authorization, and AUM/TVL in the multi-billion-dollar range. The products are genuinely being used, not merely telling stories.
But what about the ONDO token?
For now, it is simply a governance token. The fee switch has not been turned on, and protocol revenue barely flows directly back to token holders.
In plain English: the money the platform makes has little to do, for now, with the token in your hand. When you buy ONDO, you are buying the “RWA narrative + the possibility of a fee switch being activated in the future + a leader premium,” not cash flow already distributed to you.
The business is flying while the token is asleep—this is ONDO’s most painful crack.
Second: the founder’s death has left governance hanging.
After founder Nathan Allman died, there were disputes over company control, lawsuits between the family and management, and reports that it was being sold, which the official side denied. Governance expectations are extremely unstable.
This kind of news may not destroy the narrative in the short term, but it will suppress valuation multiples. More importantly, every pullback will give people a reason to dump on the market using this issue.
Retail traders are watching BlackRock; institutions are watching the governance structure. Who do you think understands more?
Third: in January 2027, a 1.7 billion-token sword hangs overhead.
ONDO has approximately 4.87 billion tokens in circulation, with a total cap of 10 billion. The next major unlock is around January 18, 2027, involving approximately 1.71 billion tokens, or 17% of total supply, directly increasing the circulating supply by around 35%.
This is a real supply wall hanging over the medium term.
If the fee switch remains unopened, the market can only be sustained by the narrative and capital rotation. And what about the macro environment? The Federal Reserve just raised rates by 25bp on September 16 to 3.75%–4.00%, the dot plot was hawkish, and BTC fell from $87k to $83k. With liquidity tightening, high-beta altcoins take the first hit.
The bulls and bears are facing off—take a look yourself
On one side:
BlackRock’s model portfolios going on-chain, moving RWA from single assets toward institutional portfolio products
$1 billion in 24-hour trading volume, with the high-volume breakout holding
Its position as an RWA leader remains unchanged, and the institutional roster is real
If the fee switch is activated in the medium term, that would be the true ignition point for the second leg of the rally
On the other side:
The founder is dead, lawsuits are piling up, and governance expectations are unstable
ONDO is a governance token, and revenue does not flow back to token holders
A 1.71 billion-token unlock in January 2027, increasing the circulating supply by 35%
Daily RSI above 80, indicating severe short-term overbought conditions
A macro rate-hike cycle, BTC pulling back, and tight liquidity
The key level is 0.55, just three cents away from the first resistance at 0.58.
Upside resistance: 0.57–0.58 (this rally’s high zone) → 0.60–0.65 → 0.78 → 1.00
Downside support: 0.52–0.53 (strong if the retest holds) → 0.48–0.50 (first demand zone) → 0.43–0.46 (structural support) → 0.36–0.40 (medium-term lifeline)
Trading strategy (no fluff)
For those already in:
Sell 30%–50% first to lock in profits and bring your cost basis into a safe zone. Scale out of the remaining position: trim another portion at 0.57–0.58, and look toward 0.65 after a confirmed hold above 0.60. Defense: reduce your position if the 4-hour or daily chart closes below 0.50; a daily close below 0.43–0.44 counts as a failed breakout, and admit the medium-term long thesis is wrong. Don’t load up on leverage again at 0.55; overbought RSI plus the catalyst already being priced in makes it easiest for the classic 15%–25% surge-and-pullback scenario to play out.
For those out of the market looking to go long:
Do not chase at the current price. Wait for one of two pullbacks:
Aggressive: 0.50–0.525, stop-loss below 0.478, targets 0.57 → 0.62
Conservative: 0.45–0.48, stop-loss below 0.43, targets 0.55 → 0.60
For those looking to short:
Only trade an overbought pullback, not a trend short. Short only after a stalled move at 0.57–0.58, a long upper wick, or a high-volume bearish candle, with targets of 0.52 → 0.50; exit immediately if it holds above 0.59–0.60. A medium-term short is not very meaningful unless 0.43 breaks.
Keep leverage below 5–8x, and limit the risk per trade to 1%–2% of principal.
ONDO now looks like ETH in 2021—
99% of people thought “RWA is too slow and lacks imagination,” but once BlackRock entered, the institutional channel opened directly.
But remember:
When you buy ONDO, you are buying faith in RWA, not cash flow already in hand.
0.55 is not an entry point; it is an exit point for the first batch of profit-takers.
Don’t confuse getting the narrative right with the current price still being able to double.
Strong business, weak token, and unlock-driven selling pressure—these three things can coexist. A fee-switch vote with substantive progress would be the true fundamental ignition point for the second leg of the rally.

Are you willing to chase LTC at $70?
Grayscale just submitted amended spot LTC ETF filings, $1 billion flowed out on-chain in a day, and LTC surged from $62 to $70, hitting an 8-month high—but the Fed just raised rates, and the dot plot remains hawkish. Is this “Bitcoin’s silver” making a last stand, or are market manipulators using ETF expectations to push the price up and sell?
First, the surface view: a barrage of bullish news, sending the price sharply higher.
Over the past week, it surged violently from $62-$65 to above $70, hitting an 8-month high, while 24-hour trading volume and on-chain activity both expanded significantly. The daily chart has posted consecutive bullish candles through the 64-66 resistance zone and moved above all short-term moving averages. Every technical indicator is saying the same thing: the breakout is valid, but the price is no longer low.
First: Grayscale wants to convert its LTC trust into an ETF.
On September 11, Grayscale submitted an amended S-3/A, proposing to convert its existing LTCN trust into a spot ETF on NYSE Arca. This is currently the most direct expectation of institutional access, and the market is trading it as a “regulatory compliance narrative.”
Sounds like the same old playbook? Let me explain the logic behind it:
LTC is one of the few old coins with no regulatory blemishes. It is called “Bitcoin’s silver,” with faster block production and lower fees, while MWEB also offers optional privacy. Grayscale chose it not because it is the hottest, but because it is the “cleanest.”
You have seen the same script before—the Bitcoin ETF expectations in 2020. What happened afterward? You know better than I do.
Second: $1 billion moved on-chain in a day, and MWEB privacy addresses hit a new high.
Recent daily on-chain transfers amounted to about 17 million LTC, worth approximately $1 billion. Holdings in MWEB privacy addresses reached an all-time high, while LitVM, an EVM-compatible smart contract layer, plans to launch its mainnet in Q4 2026, following testnet trading volume and strategic investment.
In plain English:
LTC is no longer just a “payment coin”; it is filling its smart contract gap
Privacy + EVM compatibility differentiate it from pure payment coins
Capital is willing to pay a premium for the dual drivers of “utility + narrative”
When everyone thought LTC was a zombie coin, on-chain data was saying: the old guy can still dance.
Third: But the macro bomb has already exploded on September 16.
The Fed raised rates by 25bp to 3.75%-4.00%, its first hike since 2023, while the dot plot turned hawkish, with most officials expecting another hike later this year.
BTC remained around $84k after the hike instead of collapsing, showing that the market had already partially priced it in. But LTC has clearly outperformed the broader market recently, making this an altcoin catch-up move with an independent catalyst, rather than a broad rally driven by looser liquidity.
Don’t get it wrong: this is not a bull market, but a news-driven catch-up move. If macro conditions continue tightening without fresh LTC developments, the premium could easily be given back.
The bulls and bears—judge for yourself
On one side:
Grayscale ETF expectations, opening an institutional access channel
$1 billion in large on-chain transfers, with activity surging
MWEB privacy addresses at a new high, with expectations for a LitVM mainnet in Q4
Daily breakout above the 64-66 resistance zone, supported by volume and price action
LTC/BTC strengthening in the short term to 0.00082-0.00084
On the other side:
The Fed just raised rates, the dot plot is hawkish, and liquidity is tightening
Short-term gains exceed 30%, RSI is approaching overbought territory, and chasing has a poor risk-reward ratio
72 is strong resistance; failing to break through three times would create psychological pressure
ETF expectations are a double-edged sword; approval delays or rejection could directly crush the valuation
It still tracks BTC closely over the medium term, and if BTC breaks below key levels, LTC will struggle to avoid the fallout
The key level is 70.5, just $1.5 away from the 72 line that determines life or death.
Resistance above: 72 (daily confirmation level) → 75-80 → 85
Support below: 66.6 (watch for a retest in the coming days) → 64-65 (former resistance turned support) → 60-62 (previous range)
Trading strategy (no fluff)
Short-term traders:
If the price stabilizes around 68-69 or near 66.6 on a pullback, with a lower wick and declining volume confirming the stop, consider a small long position, targeting 72 → 75. Place the stop-loss below 65.5 or 64.8. Do not chase entries above 71-72 unless a high-volume bullish candle clearly holds above 72 and the retest does not break below it. If 66.5 breaks on high volume, switch to watching from the sidelines or cautiously try a small short, targeting a move back to 64-62.
Medium-term players:
Focus on Grayscale ETF developments and LitVM news. If further positive filings or a mainnet timeline emerge, build long positions in batches in the 64-68 range, targeting 80-85. If another hawkish macro surprise emerges, prioritize reducing exposure.
Position discipline:
Keep each trade below 5-8% of total capital, and limit perpetual leverage to no more than 3-5x. Breakout moves are highly volatile and can easily trigger stop-outs. After rising 15-20% from the lows, an 8-12% pullback is completely normal.
LTC now looks like BTC in 2020—
99% of people thought “old coins have no story,” but once Grayscale submitted the ETF filing, capital immediately bought into it.
The day 72 holds, you will realize:
It was not that LTC was incapable—it was that you only had your eyes on BTC.

On September 25, a Middle East news story sent global oil prices crashing.
Brent crude's decline temporarily widened to 2%, falling below $98 per barrel, while WTI crude fell 2.5% to $92.25.
On the same day, Bitcoin rebounded from around the previous day's low of $83,000 to above $84,500.
This is not a coincidence. The same chain of logic is driving both markets at the same time.
First, let's look at what happened.
The US and Iran are discussing a phased agreement during the UN General Assembly in New York, with Qatar mediating—Iran would reopen the Strait of Hormuz in exchange for the US lifting its economic blockade of Iranian ports. Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi has already submitted a new proposal to the US side: if the conditions are met, the strait will reopen within seven days and negotiations will begin immediately.
Iran's demands include the immediate lifting of the US maritime blockade, the release of at least $12 billion in frozen assets, and an end to the war on “all fronts.”
As soon as the news broke, the oil market reacted almost instantly—the geopolitical risk premium in oil prices is being rapidly squeezed out.
The question is: what does falling oil prices have to do with Bitcoin?
The transmission chain is as follows—
Step one: US-Iran talks send a signal of de-escalation → expectations for traffic through the strait improve → the geopolitical risk premium in oil prices declines.
Step two: oil prices fall → inflation expectations cool → this is key. Energy prices are one of the core drivers of inflation.
Step three: inflation expectations cool → pressure on US Treasury yields eases. Previously, the 10-year US Treasury yield temporarily hit 5.2251%, its highest level in nearly 19 years; the 30-year yield broke above 5.48%, its highest since 2004.
Step four: yields fall → the dollar weakens → risk-asset valuations recover → BTC rebounds.
That is why a Middle East negotiation headline can be reflected directly in your BTC account.
But the real signal is hidden in US Treasury yields.
You may ask: what exactly is the relationship between BTC and US Treasury yields?
CoinDesk data is sobering: their 90-day rolling correlation is just -0.18, nearly negligible.
But there is an even more brutal rule—the absolute level of interest rates is not important; interest-rate volatility is what is fatal.
When the 10-year US Treasury yield breaks above the 5% threshold, institutional allocators face a harsh choice: hold risk-free US Treasuries yielding 5%+ annually, or hold Bitcoin with zero yield and 3% daily volatility?
The answer to this question is the real reason BTC fell from $87,000 to $83,000.
But there is another side to the story.
While US Treasury yields were surging, spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded net inflows for the fifth consecutive trading day, attracting more than $2.65 billion in total. Addresses holding 100 to 1,000 BTC have accumulated more than 113,000 BTC since mid-July.
Two actions moving in opposite directions in the same market.
Leveraged longs are being liquidated—long liquidations totaled about $208 million over 24 hours, far exceeding the $116 million in shorts. But spot buyers are absorbing the supply.
Delta Exchange analyst: Geopolitical uncertainty is making the macro outlook increasingly turbulent.
The final variable: uncertainty has not disappeared.
The Houthis claimed on the same day that they had attacked Saudi Aramco facilities in Riyadh and Yanbu.
Negotiations on one side, gunfire on the other. That is the Middle East—every peace signal comes with a countervailing bargaining chip.
Oil prices fell 2% today, but if negotiations collapse tomorrow, the geopolitical risk premium could flood back in within hours.
Every development in negotiations over the Strait of Hormuz is being transmitted in real time to your BTC account through the chain of “oil prices → inflation expectations → US Treasury yields → the dollar → risk assets.” Geopolitics is no longer a distant news headline; it is the most active and unpredictable variable in your position.#GateBTC现货交易量跻身前三 #BTC短线回调 #Gate广场中秋团圆局 $BTC $CL $BZ

Invest $1000 now $SPCX —how much will it be worth in 5 years?
The answer first → more than 2000
The market consensus for 2031 revenue is 600–850 billion. Applying $TSLA ’s valuation five years after its IPO and using a price-to-sales ratio of 5–6, its market cap would be 3.6–4.3 trillion. After dilution, there would be approximately 13 billion shares, implying a median share price of more than 300. It’s currently 148, so that’s just over a double.
Musk himself says revenue will reach 1 trillion in 2030, but that’s just him exaggerating.
A valuation on the order of 2 trillion right at the IPO would make later growth extremely difficult. It’s probably better to look for other high-potential stocks.

$BTC is around $84.3K after pulling back from $87K.
The 4H chart still looks constructive to me.
BTC made a strong move from the mid-$70Ks, got rejected at $87K, and is now consolidating.
For me, the key levels are simple:
$87K → reclaim = buyers showing strength.
$79.5K → hold = structure remains intact.
I wouldn't call this a trend reversal yet.
Right now, it looks more like BTC is cooling off after a strong rally.
I'd rather see it build a base and make another attempt at $87K than chase the chop.
The next reaction should tell us a lot. 👀

In August, I was still saying in the group that @Meta’s AI capex this round was a bottomless pit, and advised a friend not to chase the rally. He didn’t listen, and now he posts screenshots of Thursday’s +4.5% move in the group every day. I keep staring at my own message, wanting to delete it. More than a month has passed, so it can’t be unsent anymore.
Meta Connect on Thursday unveiled new hardware called Muse Charm. It looks a lot like a 1990s electronic pet, and lets you talk to Muse without taking out your phone. It launches in December, immediately sending the stock higher. September was up 36% month-on-month, its strongest month since 2013, and it was just one final push away from a $2 trillion market cap.
There was also a $1.8 billion legal settlement behind it, and sentiment with @Expedia的合作 recovered fairly quickly, but people are still uneasy about nearly $140 billion in AI capex.
The gossip is that @amazon把 banned Muse because Muse bought things on its website without disclosing its identity and also stored users’ login information. The two companies still do business with each other: banning one another while using the other’s chips to run AI workloads. Quite a divided way to do business.
Game stocks wobbled along with it @Roblox也说要上AI造世界的聊天机器人. Whenever something stirs in the market these past few months, it starts repricing the question of whether the engine is still useful.
The broader market is even messier. @Oracle因为数据中心电力供应可能延期 issued a force majeure notice, sending its stock down 4%. The old situation around the Strait of Hormuz pushed Treasury yields and oil prices up another notch.
The AI capex suspect is still the same company; Wall Street was simply willing to buy back in this month. My position hasn’t moved, though. Unsendable messages are much easier to deal with than positions you can’t exit.

Google chips are going to space.
On October 1, $SPCX Falcon 9 ignited, carrying $GOOGL four of the most powerful Trillium TPUs into space. Project Suncatcher.
Google wants to see whether its AI chips can survive in space.
There is no air convection in space, so heat can only be drawn to the satellite’s exterior through heat pipes, while radiators emit the heat into space as infrared radiation. That means the four TPUs have to be powered down after running for 15 minutes to cool off, then turned back on after a short break. For now, they can only run simple Gemini queries and collect space data.
In 2027, Google plans to launch two more satellites to test inter-satellite laser links. The goal is to have dozens or even hundreds of satellites connected to one another by laser. A distributed space data center—done!
The three major challenges facing AI data centers on Earth are electricity, land, and water. On top of that, local communities oppose building them, while AI continues to consume computing power voraciously. Google has calculated that if launch costs fall low enough, space-based computing could be cheaper than ground-based computing by the mid-2030s.
To escape Earth, space-based data centers are becoming a necessity!

The Semiconductor Rally Isn’t Over Yet! AMD’s Next Push Toward 700
1. Nvidia $NVDA
looks somewhat like an ascending triangle, which is slightly bullish. If the broader market wobbles again, another lower wave wouldn’t be a bad thing; that kind of level would actually be a better spot to add. Overall, I’m still bullish.
2. AMD $AMD
broke to a new high, with the initial main target at 690. Move the stop-loss higher. The stock made a new high, but RSI did not, which is called bearish divergence. A pullback is likely afterward, so hold for now.
3. TSMC $TSM
is challenging a new high, slightly slower than NVDA and AMD. On the surface, it’s still making new highs, but its upward momentum is becoming increasingly weak. The divergence is obvious, which often means the stock is already in the latter half of its move—not at the start of a major uptrend, but closer to the end.
4. Broadcom $AVGO
is relatively the weakest among the semiconductor stocks. For now, assume the direction can still be upward, with the key question being where the low will be. The pullback is already 40% from the high, and it could continue moving higher afterward. If this pullback isn’t over yet, it may still drop another leg.
5. Semiconductor ETF $SMH
For SMH, assume it can continue rising and challenge a new all-time high, with the first target at 781. If this is actually a false breakout and the structure has deteriorated, it could still drop further, toward 434.
The main scenario is a bullish move to new highs; the backup plan is to guard against another sharp drop. Don’t fully load up on the position.

$ADA is showing strength after bouncing from the $0.2338 support zone and reclaiming $0.24.
Now trading around $0.2479, the key resistance levels to watch are $0.2530 and $0.2617. On the downside, $0.2430 is the first important support, while $0.2338 remains the stronger level.
If $ADA holds above $0.2430 and breaks $0.2530, another move toward $0.2617 could come into focus.
Watching the next breakout closely.
