Event Introduction

Event Rules

  1. Registration & Verification: Users are automatically registered the first time they visit the event page after logging in. Identity verification is required to receive rewards. Each track only counts valid data generated after registration, within that track's event period.
  2. Eligibility Restrictions: API users, VIP 15 and above, market makers, corporate accounts, institutional accounts, and sub-accounts are not eligible. Multiple accounts under the same identity verification are treated as a single participant, and sub-account trading volume does not count toward the main account.
  3. Prize Pool Unlocking: The Team Competition, Solo Competition, and PK Match prize pools unlock dynamically based on the number of valid trading users. A user who accumulates 5,000 USDT in converted trading volume during the event counts as 1 valid trading user. The maximum prize pool does not represent the amount actually paid out.
  4. Volume Calculation: Trading volume is calculated from the value of valid buy and sell fills, converted using each product's weighting. Unfilled orders, cancelled orders, asset transfers, non-trading asset changes, and abnormal trades are excluded. See the event page for supported assets, conversion ratios, and excluded trading pairs.
  5. Team Size & Leaving: A team needs 5 members—1 captain and at least 4 members—to be included on the team leaderboards. Regardless of whether the competition has started, the captain can disband the team, or members can leave, as long as the team has fewer than 5 members. Once the competition has started, if the team has reached 5 members, it can no longer be disbanded and members can no longer leave. During the competition, a team with fewer than 5 members will only display its team data and won't be included on the team leaderboards.
  6. Team Ranking Requirements: Each half is tracked separately. The Platform-Wide Trading Leaderboard requires at least 1 team member to reach 20,000 USDT in that volume; the CFD Trading Leaderboard requires at least 1 member to reach 50,000 USDT in CFD volume; the Profit Leaderboard requires at least 1 member to reach 20,000 USDT in cumulative volume with profit of 0 or more. All leaderboards require the team to meet the minimum member count.
  7. Team Member Ranking Requirements: Each half, a member must reach 20,000 USDT in individual platform-wide trading volume to qualify for the team's internal Platform-Wide Trading Leaderboard; 50,000 USDT in CFD volume to qualify for the internal CFD Trading Leaderboard; or 20,000 USDT in cumulative volume with profit of 0 or more to qualify for the internal Profit Leaderboard. A team ranking doesn't automatically qualify every member for the internal leaderboard.
  8. Team Reward Distribution: The first and second halves account for 45% and 55% of the team prize pool respectively, settled independently. Within each half, the Platform-Wide Trading Leaderboard, CFD Trading Leaderboard, and Profit Leaderboard account for 60%, 20%, and 20% of that half's pool. For each leaderboard, the captain receives 20% of the reward on their own; the top 10 contributing qualified members (excluding the captain) split 40% equally; and the remaining qualified members split the final 40% equally. Member contribution is calculated using that leaderboard's specific metric—see the reward rules for details.
  9. Solo Competition & PK Match Thresholds: Solo Competition rewards require a converted valid trading volume of at least 20,000 USDT during the event. PK points leaderboard rewards require completing at least 1 valid PK round and reaching 5,000 USDT in total converted trading volume. Users must also place within the relevant reward ranking to receive a reward.
  10. Winning & Stacking: Meeting the leaderboard requirements only qualifies you for ranking and display—it doesn't guarantee a reward. Rewards across a team's multiple leaderboards and both halves can stack according to the rules. See the relevant event page for how other reward stacking or conflicts with similar in-platform events are handled.
  11. Reward Distribution: Competition rewards will be distributed within 15 business days after the event ends and review is complete. Rewards under 1 USDT will not be distributed. See the rewards page for voucher validity periods, usage terms, and claim requirements.
  12. Physical Prizes: Winning users must submit accurate delivery information within the specified deadline. See the event page and winner notification for how delivery issues, stock shortages, or other special circumstances are handled.
  13. Fair Play: Volume manipulation, self-trading, wash trading, market manipulation, mass account registration, fake sharing, and exploiting system vulnerabilities are strictly prohibited. Gate reserves the right to review related data and disqualify violating users from participation and rewards.
  14. Risk & Regional Restrictions: This event does not constitute investment advice or a guarantee of returns. Trading involves risks including price volatility, liquidity, exchange rates, leverage, and forced liquidation—please participate with caution. Users in the UK and other restricted regions may not have access to all or part of these services; see Gate's User Agreement for details.
  15. Rule Changes: Gate may adjust event arrangements in response to market, system, compliance, or force majeure conditions—see the event page for announcements. Final data, rankings, and rewards are subject to review, and Gate reserves final interpretation rights for this event.
