At $1,210, would you buy the dip on ZEC?
It was still at $1,310 yesterday, then got slammed straight down to $1,210 today, falling 8% in 24 hours. The $1,270 lifeline was shot through—but there has been no on-chain blowup, NU7 is still running, and the ETF channel remains open. Is this “a major player washing out positions amid macro pressure,” or has the privacy narrative cooled off early?
First, the surface picture: it fell harder than BTC, but no one can explain why.
ZEC has retraced 29% from 1,697, hitting a low of 1,199 and a high of 1,342 today before closing at 1,210. Its market cap is $20.5 billion, ranking tenth; it is down 14% over 7 days, with only 5% left over 30 days. The candlestick chart tells you this: the daily chart went straight from overbought to a breakdown, and today’s candle was a high-volume selloff, not a lower-wick rebound. All technical indicators are shouting one thing: 1,270 is broken, so don’t catch a falling knife at the breakdown level.
First: ZEC did not blow up; macro factors shot through all risk assets.
The White House asked the Pentagon for strike options against Iran, Brent crude climbed above $102, the 10-year U.S. Treasury yield surged to 5.31%, and the Fed minutes indicated that “another hike may come before year-end.” BTC broke straight through $83,000, briefly reaching $82,800.
ZEC has greater volatility than BTC: when BTC falls 1%, it falls 5%. The drop from 1,340 to 1,200 is not the privacy narrative collapsing; it is the entire market being held down by macro forces and pushed underwater.
In plain English:
When oil prices rise, inflation expectations return
When inflation returns, rate cuts are off the table
When rate cuts are off the table, all risk assets have to kneel
ZEC is just kneeling a little faster than the others
This is not a ZEC problem. You chose a high-beta asset, so you have to accept that it will fall faster than anything else when it drops.
Second: NU7 has not been delayed, but the market is no longer waiting for you.
The NU7 testnet is still running, the mainnet signing date is October 20, and the target activation date is November 5. The early testnet is a medium-term positive, but before a breakdown, all positive catalysts have to give way to technicals.
On the ETF side, the ZCSH split has been implemented, with a small net outflow on Monday. The channel is open, but there is no incremental inflow. Institutions have not fled, but they have not added either.
The most painful part is that the ETF only custody transparent addresses, leaving institutions unable to access the privacy narrative of the shielded pool. You are buying the expectation of a “privacy coin ETF,” not privacy itself.
Before the positive catalysts materialize, all “long-term bullish” claims are merely self-comfort from bagholders.
Third: 1,210 is sitting on the psychological 1,200 level, while 1,180 is the last line of dignity.
Remember the key levels:
Upside: 1,270–1,280 (the recently lost lifeline, now a supply zone) → 1,310 (yesterday’s price) → 1,340 (today’s open)
Downside: 1,199 (today’s low) → 1,180 (first target of a deep correction) → 1,100–1,120 (the next level)
Without a high-volume reclaim of 1,270, don’t talk about 1,360. If the daily candle closes below 1,180, treat the short term as heading straight to 1,100.
At 1,210, holding 1,180 can still make this a deep pullback; losing it means a continuation of the downtrend.
The bulls and bears are battling it out—you decide
On one side:
The NU7 testnet is running, with signing on October 20 and activation on November 5
The ETF channel remains open, and the ZCSH split has been implemented
The total supply is 21 million, the halving remains in place, and the scarcity thesis is unchanged
A 29% retracement from 1,697 has squeezed out a fair amount of froth relative to the 800–850 launch zone in August
On the other side:
The 1,270 lifeline has broken, and technicals have turned bearish
Oil prices + Treasuries + the Fed minutes: a triple kill for risk assets
If BTC cannot hold 82,600, ZEC’s next level is 1,180 or even 1,100
Shielded pool usage has not exploded, and the privacy narrative lacks a short-term catalyst
The key level is 1,210, just $30 from the 1,180 line of life and death.
Upside resistance: 1,270–1,280 (the lifeline) → 1,310 → 1,340
Downside support: 1,199 → 1,180 (first target) → 1,100–1,120
Trading strategies
Aggressive:
At around 1,210, use at most a very small position to try a long, with a stop-loss at 1,175. The first target is 1,270, and the second is 1,310. Take half off at 1,260. Do not add if oil prices are still jumping.
Conservative:
Wait for 1,100–1,120 before considering an entry, with a stop-loss at 1,060. Better yet, wait for a reclaim of 1,270 before following. If that setup does not appear, stay flat. Staying flat is not embarrassing; getting trapped is.
Breakout:
Only consider chasing after a high-volume hold above 1,310 and a retest that holds above 1,270, with a target of 1,360. That condition is not met now.
Shorts:
If a rebound to 1,260–1,280 lacks strength, a small short position can target a pullback, with a stop-loss at 1,305 and targets at 1,200 and 1,180. Do not stubbornly short around 1,180.
Position sizing rule:
Risk no more than 2% of total capital per trade, and use no more than 3x leverage. If it can fall from 1,340 to 1,200 in one day, it can also rebound from 1,200 to 1,340.
Risk-control priorities
A break below 1,180 on rising volume → next levels are 1,120 and 1,100; reduce your position first
BTC breaks below 82,600 → reduce ZEC leverage accordingly
If there is a no-go or mainnet delay on October 20 → short-term expectations get crushed first
ZEC now looks like ETH in May 2021—
One sentence from Musk cut BTC in half, and all altcoins collapsed along with it. Everyone cursed that “the bull market is over,” but ETH set a new high two months later.
But there is one difference: ETH had NFTs and DeFi Summer back then, while ZEC currently has only NU7 and ETF expectations.
It is not that ZEC is incapable; it is that you always chase at 1,340 and then sell at 1,180—perfectly buying the emotional top and selling the panic bottom.#GateMoney正式上线 #OneGate见证计划 #GT三季度销毁近200万枚 $BTC $ETH $ZEC

$BTC just closed below the key support zone and came very close to the deeper support area.
But this is where it gets interesting 👀
Price has already shown rejection from the lows, so this breakdown could turn into a liquidity hunt rather than a clean bearish continuation.
If buyers reclaim the lost support and hold it, a reversal could build quickly.
For me, the key is simple: watch the reclaim, not the fear. A successful liquidity sweep could set up the next BTC move higher.

ETH at $2560—are you buying the dip?
Spot Ethereum ETFs have seen outflows for six straight days totaling $207 million, oil has broken above $102, BTC plunged through 83000 overnight, and ETH followed by retesting 2536—but just now, buyers started stepping in at 2560. Is this a “golden pit” after the breakdown, or a “false support” before the third leg down?
First, the surface: it has fallen for two days, but no one dares call the bottom.
It dropped from 2710, fell below 2650 to 2570 yesterday, and retested a lower point at 2536 today, down another 1.5%-3% over 24 hours. ETH/BTC continues to weaken, with only a sliver of positive returns left over the past 30 days. The candlesticks tell you this: after losing 2600, it turned into resistance; volume is lower than on yesterday’s liquidation day, and 2560 is stuck between 2540-2600—this is not a reversal, but a breather after the breakdown.
First: the upgrade did not run into problems; the entire market is taking a beating.
Glamsterdam was activated on the Sepolia testnet on schedule, with no early activation on mainnet or Hoodi—this is not a testnet failure; risk assets are falling together.
The White House asked the Pentagon for options to strike Iran, and Brent moved above $102. Most participants in the September minutes believed another hike before year-end “may be appropriate.” BTC broke through 83000 today, briefly reaching 82800, while ETH followed by retesting 2540.
ETH is not sick; the market’s blood is being drained. With high rates at 3.75%-4.00% and yields holding at 5.31%, high-beta assets have to fall first. Before calling ETH garbage, first see whether BTC can hold 82600.
Second: the ETF channel is still there, but the money has not come in.
Spot Ethereum ETFs have posted outflows for about six straight days, totaling approximately $207 million. No new figures have been released for today’s U.S. session yet.
Does that sound familiar? The channel is there, but there is no incremental demand. Institutions are not bullish; they simply do not want to buy now. Staking lockups are a medium-term story, while short-term effects are fully offset by capital flows. Unless ETFs turn around, 2560 is merely a stopping point, not a bottom.
Third: technically, it comes down to two words—breakdown.
The path is clear: October 2 at 2779 → October 6 at 2710 → October 7 broke below 2650 to 2570 → today’s low at 2536.
Key levels:
Above: 2600 was the psychological level lost yesterday and is now supply; 2650 was the October 3 low and has become resistance; 2700 is the October 6 range. Without a high-volume reclaim of 2600, do not talk about 2650.
Below: 2536 is today’s low; 2480-2500 is the next level; 2440 is an earlier structural level. If the daily close is below 2480, treat it as a deep correction in the short term.
2560 is stuck in the middle; reclaiming 2600 could still make this a false breakout, but failure to reclaim it means the rebound is merely an opportunity for you to reduce your position.
You decide the bull-bear battle
On one side:
The settlement layer, L2, and ETF channel are all intact
Staking lockups create a positive medium-term cycle, and institutions have not withdrawn
There is buying support near 2536, and short-term oversold conditions could trigger a rebound
If ETH/BTC stops falling, expectations for an altcoin season remain
On the other side:
ETFs have seen outflows for six straight days, with incremental capital absent
Oil above $102 and hawkish minutes are weighing on the macro backdrop
BTC broke below 83000, and ETH has even less upside elasticity
2650 was broken with volume and has not been reclaimed, confirming the breakdown structure
The key level is 2560, only $80 away from the 2480 line of life and death.
Resistance above: 2600 (psychological level) → 2650 (breakdown confirmation) → 2700
Support below: 2536 (today’s low) → 2480-2500 → 2440
Trading strategy (no fluff)
Aggressive:
At most, try a long with an extremely small position near 2560, with a stop-loss at 2490. First target: 2600; second target: 2630. Reduce half the position at 2590. Do not add if oil is still surging.
Conservative:
Wait for 2480-2500 before considering an entry, with a stop-loss at 2420. Better yet, wait for a reclaim of 2650 before following. If the setup does not appear, stay flat. Staying flat is not embarrassing; getting trapped is.
Breakout:
Only consider chasing after a high-volume hold above 2650 and a retest that holds 2600, with a target of 2730. These conditions are not met now.
Shorts:
If the rebound to 2590-2620 lacks strength, consider a small short on the pullback, with a stop-loss at 2650 and targets at 2536 and 2480. Do not force a short near 2480.
Position sizing:
Risk no more than 2% of total capital per trade, and use no more than 3x leverage. Yesterday, a batch of long positions could be wiped out in just 20 minutes.
Risk-control priorities:
If the daily close is below 2480, reduce positions; next levels to watch are 2440 and 2400
If Brent holds above 105 or the 10-year yield breaks above 5.4%, reduce leverage first
If ETF outflows continue this week, 2560 will likely be tested again
ETH now looks like that move in August 2024—
Everyone is waiting for the “final drop”; some bought at 2480, some chased at 2600, and some capitulated at 2400.
There is only one difference: are you betting while staring at the price, or trading while watching the signals?
2560 is not the bottom; it is the second leg after the breakdown. You think you are buying the dip, but you are actually catching a falling knife.#GateMoney正式上线 #OneGate见证计划 #GT三季度销毁近200万枚 $BTC $ETH $SOL

My first stop today was @comma3vc’s Morning Circle, where each attendee received 300 $SUI
Compared with simply listening to the project team talk about its achievements, today’s discussion was more engaging.
Everyone did not just talk about the future, but directly discussed the problems SUI had encountered in the past: the network, ecosystem, oracles, Cetus… The key pain points were largely covered.
The discussion then turned to staking, AI Agents, and the future development direction of Sui Stack.
My understanding is simple: make the public chain faster and more practical, so that AI Agents can truly run in the future.
Comma3 had previously also partnered with Cetus, Haedal, and Walrus. It is clear that this was not just about expanding the ecosystem, but also about continuously deepening SUI’s presence in Asia.
I’ll continue to watch SUI’s progress and look forward to @SuiNetworkCN bringing more new initiatives to Asia.

Would you cut your losses on BTC at $83,000?
Oil prices jumped to $102 overnight, the Fed minutes just put “another hike by year-end” back on the table, and another $410 million was liquidated across 92k accounts in 24 hours—BTC dropped another level from $84,000, breaking straight through $83,000. Is this the “second leg down” or the start of a crash?
First, the surface picture: two legs down in succession, leaving the bulls stunned.
It briefly fell to $82,100 in the Asian morning session, down 1.6% in 24 hours. Yesterday’s low of $83,560 failed to hold, and today it also broke through $83,000, the lower boundary of the past two weeks. The ATH is still approximately $126k on October 6, 2025, putting the current price 34% lower. This is not some new narrative; it is simply the second leg from oil prices and the minutes hitting at the same time.
The candlesticks tell you: two consecutive 4-hour high-volume breakdowns, with the volume entirely driven by liquidations. The major daily channel is still intact, but the short-term trend has weakened. All technical indicators are shouting one thing: $82,600 is the lifeline; break it and it’s $80,000, while holding it could still make this a false breakout.
First: oil prices are jumping. This is not a crypto issue, but it is smashing your positions.
The White House asked the Pentagon for strike options against Iran, Houthi forces attacked two Saudi airports, and some U.S. oil fields were shut down by storms. Brent rose 2%, climbing above $102. The 10-year U.S. Treasury yield returned to 5.31%, near its highest level since 2002. The dollar remains strong.
Put in plain English:
Oil prices rise → inflation expectations rise → the Fed dares not cut rates → the dollar strengthens → risk assets all collapse.
BTC was not dumped by its own market participants; macro is pressing its head underwater. Blaming market manipulators won’t help—they are also being hit by oil prices.
Second: the minutes said “another hike is possible,” but the market heard “another hike is mandatory.”
The September 15–16 meeting had already raised rates to 3.75%–4.00%. The minutes stated that most participants thought another hike before year-end might be appropriate.
Sounds neutral? The market doesn’t see it that way. The market priced in “another hike is possible,” but not “it has already been decided.” Fear moves faster than facts.
Weak employment is still weighing on the probability of another hike in October, but the minutes put a year-end hike back on the table, while oil prices pushed inflation expectations higher. Attacked from both sides, BTC is the sandwich filling.
ETH is weaker today, around $2,570; XRP is down nearly 4%. If BTC cannot hold $82,600, altcoins will be cut first.
Third: leverage is still being flushed, with two rounds of long liquidations in two days.
About $550 million was liquidated across the market in the past 24 hours yesterday, mostly longs. Today there was another approximately $410 million across about 92k accounts. Stop-losses below $83,000 were hit one after another. ETFs saw net outflows of about $90 million on Monday, and no new figure has been released for today’s U.S. session yet.
Buying at $83,000 means “the structure has not yet broken down to $80,000,” not “a 34% retracement will immediately recover.”
The post-halving supply contraction is still in place, cumulative ETF net inflows remain around $57.7 billion, and the hash rate shows no abnormalities. The fundamentals have not collapsed. But fundamentals are a slow variable, while liquidations and macro are fast variables. When fast variables kill, slow variables cannot save you.
Key level: $83,000 is just barely above the lifeline.
Upside: $83,500–$84,000 was the platform lost yesterday and is now supply; $85,000 is the nearer de-risking zone; $86,500–$87,000 is the 5–6-day high. Without a high-volume move back above $84,500, don’t talk about $87,000.
Downside: $82,600–$82,800 is the late-September low and today’s low, as well as the structural lifeline. If the daily candle closes below $82,600, the next level to watch is $80,000–$81,000.
Holding $82,600 could still make this a false breakout; failing to reclaim $84,000 means the rebound is only for reducing positions.
Bulls and bears—judge for yourself
On one side:
The post-halving supply contraction is still in place, with cumulative ETF net inflows of $57.7 billion
The hash rate shows no abnormalities; the fundamentals have not collapsed
$82,600 is strong support and has been tested repeatedly in the past
After liquidation-driven flushes, rebounds are often fast and fierce
On the other side:
Oil at $102, Treasury yields at 5.31%, and a strong dollar
The minutes put a year-end rate hike back on the table
Two rounds of long liquidations in two days, with leverage not yet fully cleared
ETFs saw $90 million in net outflows on Monday, showing shrinking demand
The daily short-term trend has weakened, with a high-volume 4-hour breakdown
Trading strategy (no fluff)
Aggressive:
At most, try a very small long position near $83,000, with a stop-loss at $82,200. First target: $84,000; second target: $84,500. Take half off at $83,800. Don’t add if oil prices are still jumping.
Conservative:
Wait for $81,000–$81,500 before considering an entry, with a stop-loss at $79,800. Better yet, follow only after it reclaims $84,500. If the opportunity doesn’t come, stay flat. Staying flat is not embarrassing; getting trapped is.
Breakout:
Only consider chasing after a high-volume hold above $87,000 and a successful retest of $85,500, with a target of $90,000. Those conditions are not met right now.
Shorts:
If a rebound to $83,800–$84,200 lacks strength, a small short can target a pullback, with a stop-loss at $84,800 and targets at $82,600 and $81,000. Do not stubbornly short near $82,600.
Position sizing:
Risk no more than 2% of total capital per trade, and leverage is recommended to stay below 3x. Two rounds of long liquidations have already occurred in two days; don’t become fuel for a third.
Risk-control priorities:
If the daily candle closes below $82,600, reduce positions; watch $80,000 next
If Brent holds above $105 or the 10-year yield breaks above 5.4%, reduce leverage first
If ETFs continue to see outflows this week, $83,000 will most likely be tested again
BTC now looks just like August 2024—**
Everyone was shouting, “It’s going to crash to $50,000,” but what happened? After leverage was flushed out, one bullish candle pulled it back to the starting point.
But the difference is: there was no oil at $102 and no Treasury yield at 5.31% back then.
It’s not that Bitcoin is incapable; it’s that you always go all-in when $83,000 breaks, then cut losses at $80,000, and finally watch it rise back to $90,000 while kicking yourself.
$83,000 is a resting point after the breakdown, not a place to add leverage.#GateMoney正式上线 #OneGate见证计划 #GT三季度销毁近200万枚 $BTC $ETH $SOL

I have to say, China’s A-share market is the strict father of global capital markets (I’m on vacation, so I’ll let you rise a bit, but if I have to go back to work? You have to fall before I start work!). If we go by the chart pattern, once the head-and-shoulders top breaks, the 1H decline could reach 3400; a pullback to between 0.5 and 0.618 of the first wave’s rise would be quite reasonable. I hope it doesn’t play out this way. After all, global markets are still fairly interconnected, and if China’s A-shares move like this, something major must have happened.

Trump, who “doesn't really want a deal,” is writing Bitcoin's best script
On October 7, Trump said in front of everyone in Texas: He “doesn't really want” a deal with Iran.
That same day, NBC News broke the news that his national security team was discussing the possibility of resuming large-scale military action against Iran in the coming weeks. Axios used even harsher wording—“large-scale bombing” of Iran's energy, infrastructure, and nuclear facilities.
Everyone's first reaction was: It's over—risk aversion. Oil prices are going crazy, and risk assets are about to collapse.
Brent crude surged 4.37% in a single day on October 2, closing at $102.31 per barrel and climbing back above $100. At least three oil tankers were attacked in the Strait of Hormuz this week, and the Pentagon is sending a third carrier strike group and nearly 10,000 troops to the Middle East.
According to the old script, Bitcoin should be getting crushed in this kind of situation. But Bitcoin rose 42.9% in Q3—the best third quarter since 2017. Over the same period, gold rose 8.7%, while the S&P 500 and Nasdaq each gained about 2%.
Bitcoin is leaving gold and stocks in the dust.
The team of JPMorgan analyst Panigirtzoglou pointed out that Bitcoin is increasingly taking on gold's role in the “debasement trade.” The reason is straightforward—gold's circulation is being cut off by geopolitical conflicts, while Bitcoin can be transferred across borders without passing through any strait.
Iran has already begun requiring oil tankers passing through the Strait of Hormuz to pay transit fees in cryptocurrency: $1 per barrel of crude oil, while empty vessels pass for free. The vessel operators report their cargo by email, Iran responds with the amount due, and the operators have a few seconds to complete the payment—the goal is for it to “not be traceable or confiscated.”
This is not a symbolic gesture. Chainalysis data shows that Iran's crypto ecosystem reached approximately $7.8 billion last year, with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps controlling more than half of the capital flows. Iran's central bank holds at least $507 million in Tether for trade settlements, while the largest exchange, Nobitex, has more than 11 million users.
When a comprehensively sanctioned country discovers that only cryptocurrency can help it conduct international trade, the significance of this goes beyond Iran itself.
Trump saying he “doesn't really want a deal” means the probability of a prolonged war is rising.
A prolonged war means the credibility of the dollar will be continuously eroded, forcing global capital to seek settlement channels not controlled by any single country.
Gold is the traditional choice. But the physical movement of gold is extremely vulnerable during wartime—a ship cannot pass through the Strait of Hormuz, planes dare not fly over a war zone, and even if you have gold bars in hand, you still cannot complete a cross-border payment for goods.
Bitcoin needs no ships, no planes, and no permission from any country.
JPMorgan says that when investors choose to “hold assets rather than sell,” the potential support for Bitcoin ETFs could exceed that for gold. This is because the short interest in IBIT is rising, while put option holdings are higher than those of GLD—meaning that once a large number of defensive positions are unwound, they will turn into real buying.
Some will say: Isn't this just trading on a war narrative?
Not entirely. Trading a narrative means buying expectations and selling facts. But what is different this time is that Iran charging transit fees in cryptocurrency is an established, functioning reality. For an oil tanker to pass through the Strait of Hormuz, it must pay in cryptocurrency; this process is already up and running.
This is not the hypothetical question of “what if Bitcoin became a safe-haven asset.” This is the answer to “what did a country actually choose after its traditional financial channels were completely blocked?”
Trump says he “doesn't really want a deal.”
Bitcoin needs no one's deal.
When traditional financial infrastructure fails amid artillery fire, on-chain settlement becomes the only channel still operating. This is not speculation. This is utility.
Watch two things over the next two weeks: whether Brent crude can hold above $100, and whether traffic through the Strait of Hormuz materially recovers. The former determines inflation expectations, while the latter determines how urgently the market prices in a “crypto settlement channel.”
Trump does not want a ceasefire. Bitcoin does not want to stop rising.
Both things are happening at the same time.#GateMoney正式上线 #OneGate见证计划 #GT三季度销毁近200万枚 $BTC $XAU $BZ

The market crashed after the hawkish remarks in the Fed minutes. The probability of a rate hike in December has risen to 64%.
Let’s see whether gold can hold $4,100; BTC highly leveraged long positions have just been liquidated in another wave. As long as oil prices do not come down and the Fed does not soften its stance, this correction is not over yet.
Also, the midterm elections are just around the corner. The upcoming data will mainly serve the election, so the market will likely continue trading in a wide range in October and November, and the show will start again in December.

$BTC is up 50% against the Nasdaq over the past 3 months and is now testing a major resistance.
Two scenarios:
• Rejection → a correction similar to the post-bottom phase in 2022
• Breakout → BTC takes the lead and a massive rally begins
This is a key level to watch.

The daily golden crosses have appeared! These giants are gearing up for a major breakout:
1. Nvidia $NVDA
is currently around 237–239, having just pulled back from a high of 243 and entering a consolidation phase after recently reaching a new high. The daily MACD remains above the zero line and has formed a golden cross, while the short-, medium-, and long-term moving averages are all in a bullish alignment, indicating a strong trend.
2. Apple $AAPL
has become a safe-haven capital stronghold, taking the lead in breaking upward out of its consolidation range. As long as it remains above 335, the trend will be a steady move higher within a consolidation pattern.
3. Google $GOOGL
produced a highly significant lower-wick rebound today, showing strong bullish resilience. Set the line at 350. As long as it holds firmly above 350, the first target is 360, followed by a potential rise toward the top of the channel at 400 or even 450.
4. Amazon $AMZN
has formed a bullish golden cross on the daily chart, and its base is curving upward in a rounding pattern. The key level is 260. As long as it can break through and hold firmly above 260, a major breakout move will begin immediately; if it fails to hold above it, the stock will continue moving sideways and building momentum.
5. SpaceX $SPCX
The previous large bullish candle rose too aggressively, and the stock is now in a pullback and consolidation phase. The key level to watch is 165. If it can hold 165, a golden cross on the 30-minute MACD will signal the next surge; if it breaks below 165, it will continue falling toward 160 or even 158 to find a bottom.
6. Tesla $TSLA
has encountered a short-term ceiling after rising sharply for several consecutive sessions. Treat 370 as the dividing line: remain bullish above 370, while a break below 370 would lead to sideways trading or a pullback.
7. The Nasdaq $QQQ
formed a doji today, representing indecision. If it breaks above the doji’s high in the coming sessions, a new upward cycle will begin; if it plunges below the doji’s low, it will indicate that this rebound has ended and that a pullback is about to begin.
8. The S&P 500 $SPY
is currently rising only because the giants are holding it up, while the index itself has remained bearish. If it cannot keep up, the market will have no choice but to continue crowding into the leading large-cap technology stocks.
The S&P 500 is bearish, while the giants are holding it up!

S6’s airdrop has finally arrived, and it’s time to claim PTS! They said there were 7,000 available to claim, but I took a look. It’s a pretty bleak sight. Only 55 people have 10K points, and just 450 have 1K points. The most ingenious part is the conversion logic the official team introduced this time: the River PTS you receive can be converted into Staked RIVER at any time, and the claim window will remain open all the way until the end of S7.

Cathie Wood Makes a Major Portfolio Shift! Dumping SpaceX and Aggressively Buying the Bottom in Air Taxis?
Reduced Holdings
1. SpaceX $SPCX
was reduced by approximately $9.4 million. Musk’s commercial space venture just achieved orbit with Starship, so the fundamental story is still intact. However, the market is also circulating rumors that it may raise $40 billion to buy NVIDIA chips. Cathie Wood made a small purchase last week, but this time she sold part of it back, looking more like profit-taking and position management. The stock weakened the day after the sale.
2. Teradyne $TER
was reduced by approximately $27.4 million, the largest sale of the day. It makes semiconductor testing equipment, and AI-driven capacity expansion should have been a tailwind. It also set records in the second quarter. But Cathie Wood has been steadily reducing the position recently, and continued cutting it this time to reallocate capital to other areas.
3. Robinhood $HOOD
was reduced by approximately $7.2 million. When the market cools and retail trading declines, its performance can easily fluctuate as well. This is a continued reduction in exposure.
4. DraftKings $DKNG
is a U.S. sports betting platform. User growth and the sports calendar are key attractions, but regulation, heavy marketing spending, and competition have continued to weigh on its valuation. Rotating into sports data company Genius Sports looks more like switching lanes within the betting industry.
Increased Holdings
5. Archer Aviation $ACHR
was increased by approximately $12.1 million, the largest purchase among flying taxi companies that day. It makes electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft, and its stock has fallen significantly this year, so Cathie Wood is adding at lower levels. In addition to passenger air taxis, it is also acquiring Boeing-related businesses Wisk Aero, Insitu, and SkyGrid, expanding into defense and logistics. The story is shifting from a purely conceptual air taxi play to a combination of civil aviation and military applications.
6. Joby Aviation $JOBY
was increased by approximately $4.3 million. It is also developing electric flying taxis and has fallen even more than Archer this year, but it is still conducting test flights and participating in the Federal Aviation Administration’s electric-lift integration pilot program. Its appeal lies in being one step closer to actual commercial flights, not in already being profitable.
7. Veracyte $VCYT
was increased by approximately $18.6 million, the largest purchase of the day, and the position has been increased over the past several trading days. It develops genomic tests that help doctors determine whether a tumor requires surgery and how it should be treated, placing it in the precision medicine sector.
8. Amazon $AMZN
was increased by approximately $9.2 million. It is an e-commerce and cloud company, as well as one of the most aggressive AI spenders this year. Its 2026 capital expenditure outlook has been raised to approximately $220 billion, with data centers accounting for the largest share. Buying it is like buying the landlord of AI computing power, and its volatility is usually lower than that of purely conceptual stocks.
9. CoreWeave $CRWV
was increased by approximately $9 million. It specializes in renting NVIDIA GPUs to customers training large models, making it an AI computing rental company. Orders look strong when demand is high, but it also needs to continually borrow money to buy chips, giving its stock high elasticity.
10. Meta $META
was increased by approximately $8 million. Its advertising foundation remains solid, while the market is also watching whether its Muse AI agent and AI investments can become new products. Analysts’ price targets remain well above the current price, making this an addition to a large-cap growth stock.
11. Genius Sports $GENI
provides official data, tracking, and streaming technology to sports betting companies and media outlets; it does not take bets directly. With DraftKings reduced on the same day, this purchase looks more like shifting betting exposure from a platform that runs the sportsbook to the picks-and-shovels provider selling the data.
12. Symbotic $SYM
was increased by approximately $4.2 million. It provides warehouse robots to retailers such as Walmart and uses AI to coordinate goods and containers. Its appeal is its existing orders from major customers, making the story more tangible than that of a purely conceptual flying taxi company. However, execution and delivery schedules will still influence the stock price.
13. Baidu $BIDU
was increased by approximately $1 million. In addition to search and cloud services, the market is primarily watching its Apollo Go Robotaxi business. In the same group of trades, ARK also bought Tesla’s Chinese Robotaxi competitors WeRide $WRD and Pony AI $PONY . The logic is that investors should not bet exclusively on Tesla for autonomous driving taxis, leaving some room for Chinese players as well.
Cathie Wood’s sector rotation this time is practically textbook!

The nightmare of dropping at every meeting continues!
Yesterday, ETH quickly fell back from near 2700, hitting a low around 2530–2550, with the daily decline ultimately around 5%; today, ETH is temporarily fluctuating near 2570. In other words, yesterday’s breakdown has already occurred, but the more important medium-term support at 2500 has not yet been truly tested.
Another noteworthy signal is that the ETH spot ETF has recorded net outflows for 7 consecutive trading days (approximately $201.9 million in outflows on October 6 and approximately $44.8 million in outflows on October 7), indicating that short-term capital flows are indeed weak.
The short-term upward structure from 2700 → 2807 has been broken, but it is still too early to define this as a major reversal. EMA50 remains near 2500, so 2500 is still the most critical level ahead.
Around 2550: The first short-term support. If the price can stop falling here and reclaim 2600/2645, a rebound could follow, with targets of 2670 → 2700.
2500–2530: This is the support zone I am watching more closely, near EMA50.
If 2550 fails to hold, whether support emerges around 2500 will be crucial.
Break below 2500: If the daily chart breaks decisively below 2500, the pullback could expand further. The next levels to watch are 2400–2450, and possibly around 2300.
Therefore, I do not recommend rushing to buy the dip simply because the price reaches 2550.
Wait for a bottom to form in the short term, and watch 2500 in the medium term.
As long as 2500 holds, this can still be understood as a normal pullback within an uptrend, with further opportunities to challenge 2700 → 2807 → 2900/3000 again.
If 2500 is lost, then consider lowering expectations.

The Federal Reserve and Congress are simultaneously giving the crypto market a tough challenge
Two things happened today.
The Fed’s September meeting minutes were just released: all 19 policymakers supported a rate hike, and most believed another hike would be needed before year-end. Meanwhile, the probability of a rate hike in October has plunged from 70% in September to below 20%.
On the same day, House Financial Services Committee Chairman French Hill said on Fox Business: “I hope the CLARITY Act can pass during the lame-duck session.”
On one side, the direction of rate hikes has not changed—only the pace has slowed. On the other, regulatory legislation is deadlocked, leaving only a 22-day window.
You might think that the probability of an October rate hike falling below 20% is bullish, but look closely: the direction has not changed; only the timing has been pushed back.
The September FOMC minutes stated clearly: “Most participants judged that it would likely be appropriate to move the target range for the federal funds rate somewhat higher by the end of the year.” All 19 officials supported the September rate hike. Although their reasons differed, no one opposed tightening.
Goldman Sachs has pushed its expectation for the second rate hike from October to December. Logan was even more forceful—she said the September hike was merely an “important first step” and that the target range would need to be raised by another 50 basis points or more.
More painful are long-term rates. The 10-year U.S. Treasury yield has surged to 5.32%, while the 30-year yield has broken above 5.70%, with both hitting their highest levels since 2002. BMO Asset Management’s head of fixed income bluntly said that a 30-year yield above 6% is “inevitable.”
Long-term yields above 5.3% mean the valuation models for all growth assets need to be recalculated. As a high-beta risk asset, BTC is bearing the brunt. BTC is trading at $83,198 today, down 2.75% over 24 hours, with the surge in Treasury yields serving as the direct trigger.
On September 15, the Senate’s procedural vote on the CLARITY Act was 49 in favor and 50 against—11 votes short of the 60-vote threshold.
Prediction markets put the probability of passage in 2026 at only about 5%.
Hill is still calling for passage during the lame-duck session, but consider the math: from the end of the November midterm elections until the new Congress takes office in 2027, the Senate has only 22 legislative days. The election results will also directly affect lawmakers’ voting positions—knowing whether they can win reelection creates a completely different mindset.
Even more absurdly, the SEC and CFTC now have a combined seven vacant commissioner seats. After Hester Peirce resigned last week, the SEC has only Chairman Atkins and Commissioner Uyeda left. The CFTC is in even worse shape, with Selig carrying the entire agency alone.
Legislative deadlock + leadership vacuum = U.S. crypto regulation entering its “most uncertain moment.”
When macro conditions tighten, market risk appetite declines, and its ability to price in regulatory tailwinds weakens as well. Conversely, however, the “state of ambiguity” during a regulatory vacuum gives the SEC and CFTC greater room to interpret the rules.
The SEC is already taking action. On September 17, Chairman Atkins announced an “innovation exemption”—a limited temporary exemption for tokenized securities exchanges, allowing them to operate under specific conditions.
This is not legislation. It is a de facto regulatory framework.
The CFTC is not sitting idle either, with its innovation task force continuing to meet with the industry. Although there are no new rules, the direction is clear: use existing authority to do everything possible.
So what is happening on the regulatory front is not that “nothing has happened,” but that the focus has shifted from “congressional legislation” to “agency rulemaking.” The process may be faster and less certain, but it is more flexible.
So where will BTC go?
In the short term, watch the macro picture. $82,500 is the key support level; a break below it could send BTC back to the $60,000–$80,000 range. Only a break above $86,700 would be expected to open the way toward $93,700.
More importantly, watch the CPI release on October 14. Inflation has remained above the 2% target for 65 consecutive months, while core PCE is at 3.0% year over year, still well above target. If CPI rises above expectations to over 3.6%, pricing for a December rate hike will immediately return, and long-term yields will continue to pressure risk assets.
The macro picture tells you when to buy; regulation tells you what to buy.
Right now, both tracks are saying the same thing: wait a little longer.
The macro picture is waiting for CPI and the December FOMC meeting. Regulation is waiting for the lame-duck session and personnel appointments.
You can be anxious. But don’t step on the gas in the fog.
The Federal Reserve and Congress are setting questions at the same time, while the market has yet to provide the answers.
A 20% probability of an October rate hike—not bullish, but a “stay of execution.”
A 5% probability of CLARITY Act passage—not bearish, but a “regulatory uncertainty premium.”
Together, they represent the crypto market’s most realistic predicament right now.
The direction has not changed, but the pace has. The window is shrinking, but it has not closed. #GateMoney正式上线 #OneGate见证计划 #GT三季度销毁近200万枚 4$BTC $ETH $SOL

INSANE $ETH GAMBLE: A whale just opened a $100M+ $ETH long with 25x leverage around $2,665.
The position is already sitting on more than $4.1M in unrealized losses, with liquidation near $2,504.
That means ETH only needs to drop roughly $160 from the entry for this massive position to get wiped out.
This is either extreme conviction or one of the riskiest ETH bets we've seen.

SOL at $115—are you buying the dip?
SOL plunged from 122 to 115, down 4% in 24 hours, falling alongside BTC and ETH—but just now, weekly ETF inflows plunged from $188 million to $800,000, while the Alpenglow mainnet date remains nowhere in sight. Is this a “golden pit at the bottom of the range,” or the first domino in a macro sell-off?
First, the surface: it fell, but not without reason.
It was still at 120-122 yesterday, then hit 115 today, punching through the bottom of the range from the past two weeks. The past 7 days turned from flat to negative, with a 3-4% drop today. Market cap is approximately $68-71 billion, down 61% from the ATH of $296. The candlesticks tell you this: 117 was broken with heavy volume, and the short-term structure has weakened—this wasn’t an upgrade failure; the broader market dragged it down.
First point: the ETF channel is still open, but the slope is gone.
From September 21-25, spot SOL ETF weekly inflows were approximately $188 million, with Bitwise’s BSOL alone accounting for $128 million. Sounds impressive? The following week, it was down to just $800,000.
From $188 million to $800,000, a 99.6% contraction.
In plain English: institutions are still buying, but their buying speed has shifted from “sprinting” to “strolling.” The channel hasn’t closed, but they’ve taken their foot off the gas. Even more painful—the new subscription data for today isn’t out yet, and the price moved with risk assets first. The ETF story is still alive, but today’s drop has nothing to do with the ETF.
Second point: today’s cause is macro, not SOL.
Tanker attacks in the Strait of Hormuz pushed Brent crude to $101.5. The dollar and the 10-year U.S. Treasury yield surged to 5.31%. BTC was knocked from 86600 to 83560, while ETH fell below 2600.
SOL’s volatility falls between ETH and smaller altcoins—the broader market drops 1%, and it drops 2%; when the market crashes, it crashes first.
Alpenglow still has no mainnet date. The Votor phase is scheduled after Agave 4.3, in the third quarter; Rotor has not been scheduled yet. Around October 4, the market treated it as a condition for 125—not the reason for today’s move to 115. Don’t pin the macro blame on the technical upgrade.
Third point: 115 is a breakdown zone, not a dip-buying point.
The path is clear: high around 123.8 on October 2 → sideways trading between 117-122 afterward → below 117 today, giving you the 115 you see now.
Above: 117 was the platform from the past two weeks and is now supply; 120-122 was the high from October 4-6; 124-125 is the ceiling from late September to early October. Don’t talk about 125 until it reclaims 120 with volume.
Below: 115 is the current price you see and today’s low; 112-113 is the nearer retracement zone; 110 is the round-number level. If the daily candle closes below 110, treat it as a deep correction in the short term.
The daily moving averages haven’t completely broken down yet, but 117 was breached with heavy volume, weakening the short-term structure. Volume is following the decline, not signaling a new major uptrend. 115 is stuck below the breakdown zone. Reclaiming 117 could still make this a false breakout; failing to reclaim it means the rebound is only for reducing positions.
You decide: bulls versus bears
On one side:
The ETF channel remains open, and institutions’ long-term allocation interest has not disappeared
Expectations for the Alpenglow upgrade remain, with a finality target of 150 milliseconds
High throughput, meme activity, and DeFi activity remain
At 115, the retracement from 122 is only 6%, while the decline from 296 remains deep
On the other side:
ETF weekly inflows plunged from $188 million to $800,000, and the slope has disappeared
117 was broken with heavy volume, weakening the short-term structure
Oil prices and Treasury yields are both pressuring risk assets, weighing on the entire market
The Federal Reserve minutes are due tonight, and hawkish signals could deliver another blow
Key level 115; watch two things: whether 117 can be reclaimed, and tonight’s minutes.
Above: 117 (false-breakout confirmation) → 120-122 → 124-125 (ceiling)
Below: 115 → 112-113 → 110 (round-number level; a breakdown targets 105)
Trading strategy (no fluff)
Aggressive:
At around 115, try a long with an extremely small position at most, with a stop-loss at 111.5. First target 117, second target 120. Take half off at 116.5. Do not add before the minutes.
Conservative:
Wait for 110-112 before considering an entry, with a stop-loss at 107. Better yet, follow only after it reclaims 120. If that setup doesn’t appear, stay out. 115 is better than yesterday’s 120, but it is still a breakdown, not a dip-buying point.
Breakout:
Only consider chasing if it holds above 125 with volume and does not break below 120 on a retest, targeting 135. That condition is not met now.
Bears:
If the rebound to 117-119 lacks strength, take a small short position, with a stop-loss at 121 and targets of 115 and 112. Don’t force shorts near 110.
Position sizing:
Risk no more than 2% of total capital per trade, with leverage capped at 3x. The broader market can wipe out a batch of longs in 10 minutes today.
Risk-control priorities (memorize these)
If the daily candle closes below 110, reduce positions; the next level to watch is 105
If the minutes are hawkish or oil continues to spike, reduce leverage first
If ETF flows turn negative this week, 115 will most likely be tested again
SOL now looks like ETH in early 2024—
The ETF was approved, institutions bought, yet the price fell. Everyone called it “trash,” and then it doubled a few months later.
But there is one difference: ETH had the Pectra upgrade at the time, while SOL has Alpenglow—but Alpenglow doesn’t even have a mainnet date.
It’s not that Solana is incapable; it’s that you always chase at 125, then go all-in at the 115 breakdown, perfectly buying at the ceiling and selling at the floor.#GateMoney正式上线 #OneGate见证计划 #GT三季度销毁近200万枚 $BTC $ETH ¥$SOL

PPS+ vs PPLNS what’s the difference?
Both reward you for the mining work you contribute. The key difference is how much pool luck affects your payout.
PPS+ → More predictable payouts, with less impact from short-term pool luck.
PPLNS → Payouts depend more on the blocks the pool actually finds, so they can vary with pool luck.
Simply put:
PPS+ = more predictable
PPLNS = more variable
The better choice depends on your mining strategy and how much payout variation you’re comfortable with.
