Core PCE, the Fed's preferred inflation gauge, actually cooled. Up just 0.1% month over month, below the 0.2% forecast, and 3.3% year over year, down from 3.4%.
Personal spending also slowed hard, up just 0.3% against 0.9% previous. Consumers are pulling back.
Jobless claims ticked up to 197K from 188K, though still below forecast.

$CIFR - The price has bounced from the golden pocket between the 0.5 and 0.618 Fibonacci POIs, which has acted as a strong support range over the past several weeks.
