In the early-morning session, BTC is consolidating under pressure within the upper Bollinger band range, with the current price 63618 hovering tightly near the upper band at 63661. Overall, it remains in a high-level converging structure. MACD bullish momentum is weakening, with DIF and DEA sticking together. RSI’s three lines are flattening between 45-49 in a neutral zone, with no extreme divergence. Consecutive candles are closing with small real bodies, and bulls and bears are locked in a short-term range-game box between 63200-63600—an example of a typical divergence zone.

Last month I was almost entirely in cash, with no positions. I wasn’t waiting for anything in particular, either—I was also waiting for something: mainly adjusting my own state of mind, letting my thoughts stay clear. On the BTC 4-hour chart, at 07/31 20:00 a surge in volume produced a large bearish candle, indicating strong bearish power. After that, the price moved in a range at low levels; rebound candles had small real bodies, suggesting insufficient bullish momentum.
DIF and DEA are both running below the zero axis, indicating the market is in a bearish trend. Recently, DIF crossed above DEA to form a golden cross, and the MACD histogram turned from negative to positive, showing there is rebound momentum in the short term, but it still remains in a weak zone.
