On the crypto side, $BTC climbed back above 82k, with some rotation into DeFi, but ETH/BTC remained weak. This shows that risk appetite is recovering, but capital has not yet begun to spread noticeably. Next, I’ll be watching whether the Nasdaq rebound can continue and whether $ETH major altcoins can keep up.

Between Oct 16 and Oct 18, the ETHUSDT 4H chart printed a clean swing leg down, moving from a high of $2,494 to a low of $2,329, a 6.6% decline over 14 4H candles. That leg now serves as the reference for the retracement grid visible on the chart.
