The highest level of health preservation really comes down to just two things: “heaven roasting” and “earth roasting.” “Heaven roasting” means sunbathing—letting your body receive sunlight. “Earth roasting” means going barefoot and letting your body make contact with the earth, so it returns to nature. Many people spend a lot of money on health supplements, yet ignore the oldest and simplest way to preserve health: sunbathing and getting close to the earth. Sunlight helps regulate your biological clock, while the earth helps you relax your mind and body. Many body problems, at their root, are the result of long-term separation from nature. The goal of health preservation isn’t to eat more and more expensive things—it’s to live in a more and more natural way.
