ME News Report, May 18 (UTC+8), ENI announced that it has completed a strategic investment of 1,000,000 USD in the Web3 communication and AI infrastructure project AISIM. This investment will be used to support AISIM's infrastructure development in the Japanese market, ecosystem expansion, and the promotion of collaborations related to ENI Blockchain.

AISIM is committed to building a new infrastructure connecting communication, AI, and the digital economy through global eSIMs, AI terminals, Web3 payments, and distributed node networks.

It is understood that AISIM will assist ENI in establishing blockchain nodes in Japan, enhancing ENI Blockchain's node coverage, network stability, and ecosystem capacity in the Japanese market. At the same time, AISIM will coordinate with ENI and NTT Digital on the direction of cooperation regarding node infrastructure and related technical solutions, promoting the implementation of enterprise-level Web3 infrastructure in Japan.

In the future, ENI and AISIM will conduct deeper cooperation around AI, communication, and Web3 payments, jointly exploring a new digital economy infrastructure where "communication is the entry point, wallets are accounts, and AI is the service." (Source: ENI)
