In Karachi’s DHA, a 2BHK costs 3.5 crore+; in Lahore’s Bahria, a 5 marla is 1.8 crore; and in Islamabad’s F-10, the rent for a 2BHK is 1.2 lakh/month.


When the average salary is around 75,000 and the top 10% income is around 2.5 lakh/month, who can afford a home?
Even so, projects from Emaar, DHA, and Capital Smart City get sold out within just a few days of launch.
