What does it truly mean to love yourself?

First layer: Take care of your body. Eat well, sleep well, and don't overextend yourself. Understand rest, and also protect your health.
Second layer: Nourish yourself. Learn new knowledge, cultivate hobbies, stay growing, and make yourself more and more enriched.
Third layer: Accept yourself. Embrace your background, appearance, experiences, and imperfections, and stop fighting against yourself.
Fourth layer: Respect your emotions. Allow feelings like happiness, anger, sadness, and anxiety to exist, without suppressing or denying them.
Fifth layer: Understand yourself. See your needs through emotions, see the reasons through pain, and understand why you feel this way.
Sixth layer: Become yourself. Accept your light and shadow, reconcile with the past, and no longer live in others' expectations.
Seventh layer: Transcend yourself. When your heart is filled with love and strength, you naturally have the ability to love family, help others, and be kind to the world.
Loving yourself truly is not indulging yourself, nor is it pleasing yourself. It is standing firmly on your own side after seeing clearly who you are and understanding reality.
