If someone wants to achieve true growth and transformation, they often need to proactively reduce external noise and create space for solitude and deep thinking. Solitude is not for escaping others, but to better understand oneself, examine one's strengths and weaknesses, and focus energy on truly important goals. During the process of growth, some relationships are not malicious, but may continuously drain your attention and resolve due to differences in values, life directions, or cognition. Therefore, appropriately distancing oneself is a responsible choice for the future. This process is inevitably accompanied by loneliness, pressure, and misunderstanding, but it is through sustained focus, self-reflection, and constantly stepping out of the comfort zone that one can gradually become the person they aspire to be.
