So I read the actual OCC document that approved @Ripple to operate as a bank, and everyone missed this very important part:

'If the Bank is not opened for business within 18 months from the preliminary conditional approval date, this approval expires.'
@Ripple NEEDS to open their bank before June 2027. 🤯
