We just had a 30% pump last month without the CLARITY Act. Crypto has gone through multiple bull runs without it.
The CLARITY Act could be a major catalyst, but the bull run doesn't depend on it at all.
The bull market will continue with or without it.

Now everyone knows it won't happen after the Republicans rejected the Democrat counterproposal.
I might be wrong, but I think the Clarity Act will pass and will shock everyone.
