We just had a 30% pump last month without the CLARITY Act. Crypto has gone through multiple bull runs without it.
The CLARITY Act could be a major catalyst, but the bull run doesn't depend on it at all.
The bull market will continue with or without it.

Life is too short not to take risks.

Since the Clarity Act didn't pass, there will be a short-term drop and we will move on as the markets will pump afterward.
