Today I learned a lot. Before it starts raining, I quickly went out for a 6-kilometer jog to check in.


Avoiding what happened yesterday, when I only ran 1 kilometer before a heavy rain started.
I feel that every time I finish a 6-kilometer run, negative emotions like stress and irritability are completely swept away, which relieves a lot!

But everyone has different favorite sports; for example, some people like playing badminton, some like boxing, and others prefer basketball or soccer.
