Why do many ordinary people find it difficult to truly feel relaxed? Because relaxation has never been just an expression; it is a state of being. Someone who has been repeatedly beaten down by life, with unstable income, debt burdens, and a lack of choices, finds it hard to truly relax. The so-called sense of relaxation, stability, and boundaries are often not something that can be trained, but rather the result of resources, abilities, cognition, and experiences working together. When survival itself is filled with uncertainty, anxiety is often not a personality flaw but a normal response to real-world pressure.
