CryptoWorld News reported that Token of Power (TOP) suffered an attack on Tuesday, causing its liquidity pool to lose more than $1.58 million. On-chain monitoring firms Blockaid, PeckShield, and Cyvers warned about the incident on social media. The attacker targeted the Balancer V1 pool for TOP/WETH and withdrew 944.2 WETH, which was about $1.58 million at the time. The project is an ERC-20 token based on Ethereum and operates within a DAO called Mask of Power. After the attack, liquidity providers face the risk of holding tokens with relatively low value. Detailed information about recovery, compensation, or further steps has not yet been released.

Mask of Power this name doesn't sound very auspicious.

Three security companies issued warnings simultaneously; their response was quite quick, but unfortunately, the money is already gone.

It's another Balancer V1 pool; old code is really a minefield.
