Recently, on-chain data keeps "lagging," but it's mostly not your internet connection; it's the queue of the data behind the scenes: RPC rate limiting is like a toll booth letting cars through slowly; Subgraph/indexers need to process new blocks before sending data to you, reassembling and experiencing node hiccups, which results in delays, blank spots, or sudden updates. Basically, it's not that the "chain is dead," but that the data pipeline is taking a breather.

When the group chat is flooded with screenshots of stablecoin regulation, reserve audits, or rumors of de-pegging, everyone focuses on the second-by-second price swings, but I prefer to check if my process has been disrupted by emotions: rebalance when needed, don’t make impulsive changes just because the interface lags. My biggest fear isn’t losses, but losing control—if the strategy gets chaotic, it triggers a chain reaction. For now, just wait for the queue to clear, and everything will be smooth.
