Direction has never been an important factor in deciding the outcome. If you’re right but can’t hold your position, it’s only futile; if you’re wrong, as long as you can stop the loss in time, it’s not a failure.

Today’s current round of declines really did catch Duō Jun off guard, but the shorts (kong jun) are also not doing great. Without a good entry point, they will also likely miss the move.

At present, the overall rhythm has weakened: the low is 726, and within less than two days, there has been a 5,000+ point drop. Going after shorts at this point with insistence is clearly unwise, so in the afternoon we’ll continue to look for longs unchanged. After price moves up and faces resistance, then consider going short.

For reference: go long in the 730-725 area, with an upside toward the 740-750 area.
