BREAKING: 🇺🇸 The SEC is opening the door for stocks to trade onchain under a temporary exemption.
This is bigger than it sounds.
Traditional stocks moving onto blockchain rails could mean faster settlement, more flexible trading and a real bridge between Wall Street and crypto.
The line between TradFi and onchain markets is getting thinner.

SOL at $100—would you still dare to touch it?
Look at the surface first: bombarded by bad news, yet it hasn't collapsed.
It has risen 31% over the past 30 days, but is still down 57% over the past year, with its 293 ATH seeming a century away. After the bill vote failed on September 15, the price was instantly hammered down to 96, only to recover today. EMA20, EMA50, and EMA200 are all in a bullish alignment, while ADX at 41 shows maximum trend strength. The structure is intact—don't let the headlines scare you out.
First: The CLARITY Act failed, but the market only panicked for one day.
On September 15, the CLARITY Act's procedural vote failed to reach 60 votes, immediately triggering panic selling and driving SOL down to 96.
Guess what? It rebounded the very next day. After the large bearish candle on September 15, two consecutive bullish candles directly recovered the losses.
Second: The rate hike has landed, and the worst is over.
On September 16, the Federal Reserve raised rates by 25 basis points, bringing them to 3.75%-4.00%. Sounds scary?
But look at the dot plot: Rates are around 4.1% at the end of both 2026 and 2027. In plain English: this rate-hike cycle has only one final move left.
Chairman Warsh shouted that “inflation is too high for too long,” but traders completely ignored him. BTC directly rebounded to 77000, and SOL strengthened in tandem.
The market isn't afraid of rate hikes; it's afraid of not knowing when they will end. Now we have the answer: the finish line is in sight.
Third: Solana's fundamentals are unbelievably strong.
In August, non-voting transaction volume reached a record 5.2 billion transactions, up 19% month-on-month. TVL stood at 5.5-5.8 billion, RWA exceeded 3 billion, and stablecoin supply reached 16 billion. Raydium and Orca fees surged over 30 days.
US bank Column designated Solana as the default network for stablecoins—traditional banks can directly convert fiat into USDC/USDT
The Moscow Exchange will launch SOL perpetuals on September 22—qualified Russian investors can enter
Slot times will be reduced to 250 milliseconds tomorrow, September 18—performance will double again
SOL balances on exchanges have fallen by more than 3 million tokens—supply is contracting
Spot ETF net inflows have continued for 9 consecutive weeks—institutional buying hasn't stopped
The bulls and bears are battling it out; see for yourself
On one side:
The rate-hike cycle is nearing its end, and the macroeconomic worst is over
Fundamentals are exploding: transaction volume, TVL, RWA, and stablecoins are all flourishing
ETF inflows have continued for 9 consecutive weeks, while exchange balances keep falling
Technicals show a standard bullish alignment, with all EMAs providing support
On the other side:
The CLARITY Act suffered a setback, and regulatory uncertainty remains
The MACD histogram has turned negative, with momentum weakening
BTC dominance is 58.3%, and capital is favoring defense
The 4-hour chart is consolidating on declining volume, with direction unclear
Resistance above: 102.5 → 105 → 109-110 (August high)
Support below: 97-98 (EMA20 + rebound starting point) → 94-96 (72 million-token high-volume zone) → 89-90 (EMA200)
Trading strategy
Short-term traders:
On a valid breakout and hold above 102.5-103, look for 105-107, with a stop-loss at 97.5. If it pulls back to 97-98 and holds, buy lightly on weakness, targeting 101-102. A break below 96.5 turns the short-term outlook bearish, with 94 and even 90 in sight.
Mid-term players:
94-97 is the key defense zone; build positions in batches. If the macro environment does not worsen and ETF inflows resume, the target is 110.
Long-term believers:
Below 94, dollar-cost average with your eyes closed. The bet is on Solana transforming from a “high-performance public blockchain” into an “RWA + stablecoin settlement layer”—US banks have already chosen it, and the Moscow Exchange is also preparing to list it. This is real institutional adoption.
ETH ETFs are seeing outflows, while SOL ETFs are seeing inflows.
BTC is ranging, while SOL is building.
While others are criticizing regulation, institutions are accumulating.
You're losing money not because SOL is weak, but because you always sell during bad news and chase highs during good news.
SOL at $100 and SOL at $110 are the same thing. What changes isn't the value, but your emotions.
Tomorrow's slot upgrade goes live, and the MOEX lists it on September 22—catalysts are coming one after another. Do you think institutions will wait for you to react before pushing it higher?

Gold at $4,330—would you dare buy the dip?
Look at the surface first: the rate hike landed, gold didn’t crash—it rebounded instead.
Yesterday, the Fed raised rates by 25 basis points, bringing them to 3.75%-4.00%. The dot plot showed that 16 of the 18 officials believe another hike is still needed this year. After the news broke, gold surged first and then plunged, hitting a low of 4235 and an intraday low of 4257 before bouncing from the bottom to 4330 today, up +1.4%.
This is merely an oversold recovery—don’t mistake it for a reversal.
First: the Fed’s move is not cutting inflation—it is cutting into your long gold positions.
New Chair Kevin Warsh came out with tough words: inflation is still too high. The 2026 PCE inflation forecast was raised directly to 3.7%, while the 2% target will not be reached until 2029.
Put your money in gold, and you earn no interest at all
Put your money in U.S. Treasuries, and you can sit back and earn a 5% risk-free return
Second: falling oil prices saved gold once, but they cannot save the trend.
Expectations of repairs to Saudi Arabia’s east-west pipeline and the resumption of shipping through the Strait of Hormuz pushed oil prices lower, slightly cooling inflation expectations and allowing gold to rebound with the trend.
But this is “negative pressure temporarily easing,” not “positive news arriving.”
The U.S.-Iran conflict has lasted 200 days. Safe-haven buying is still there, but it can no longer lift gold prices. That is because the fist of interest rates is far harder than the cotton of geopolitics.
Central-bank gold purchases are continuing, providing structural support over the medium to long term. But in the short term? The Fed’s hawkish dot plot is the Five-Finger Mountain weighing on gold.
Third: the technical picture is flashing a signal that must be taken seriously.
On the 4-hour chart, gold fell back after failing multiple times to break 4367, then rebounded after returning to the lower Bollinger Band. The MACD histogram is converging below the zero line, while the stochastic indicator is turning up from oversold territory.
On the daily chart, price remains below the descending trendline and moving averages. Today’s rebound from 4257 to 4340 is a technical recovery from the Fed shock. If price cannot hold above 4350 and reclaim 4367, this rebound is very likely an opportunity to reduce positions at higher levels.
Bulls versus bears—you decide
On one side:
Geopolitical conflict has continued for 200 days, and the safe-haven core position remains
Structural support from central-bank gold purchases; the medium- to long-term logic remains intact
Oversold recovery + falling oil prices, providing short-term rebound momentum
After falling from 5600 to 4300, it has already retraced 23%, so the valuation is not expensive
On the other side:
The Fed’s rate hike has landed, and another hike remains possible this year
The 10-year U.S. Treasury yield is near 5%, making the opportunity cost of holding gold extremely high
The dollar index is above 100, exerting strong pressure
The daily structure is bearish, with 4367 rejected three times
Institutions have lowered their year-end target to 4400-4900
Resistance above: 4354-4367 (the bull-bear dividing line) → 4403-4428
Support below: 4283-4300 → 4256-4266 → 4234 (breakdown acceleration line) → 4170-4164
Trading strategy
For short-term traders:
Watch around 4330 or cautiously try a small long position, with a stop-loss below 4280. First target 4350-4365; reduce positions once reached. A more prudent approach: wait for a pullback to 4290-4305 to stabilize before entering, with a stop-loss at 4260. If the rebound reaches 4355-4370 but volume is insufficient and a long upper shadow appears, cautiously try a small short position, with a stop-loss above 4380 and targets at 4320-4280.
For medium-term traders:
Before price breaks above 4367, the main approach is to reduce longs at higher levels; swing shorts are preferable to chasing longs. A decisive break below 4234 followed by stabilization would open room toward 4170. Only a high-volume break above 4367 followed by a move above 4400 would invalidate the bearish structure; then switch long and target 4428-4510.
In an era of 5% interest rates, gold generates no interest—that is your biggest interest loss.
4330 is the recovery price after the Fed’s sell-off, not the starting point of a new major upward move.
The market will take turns punishing you with rate expectations and geopolitical news; position size matters more than direction.

$BTC ‌ is holding the supporting trend for now, but the real test is coming.
Price is retracing back into the resistance zone, and if sellers step in here, I’m expecting another rejection followed by a fresh lower low.
A flip alone doesn’t mean the market has turned bullish. I want to see real confirmation before changing the bias.

ETH at $2450—would you buy it?
Look at the surface first: bad news is bombarding the market, but the price is not falling.
The Fed raised rates by 25 bp on September 16, the first hike in three years; the CLARITY Act was blocked in the Senate; and ETH ETFs saw $220 million in net outflows in a single day. Doesn’t it sound like the sky is falling? But what happened? ETH rebounded from 2360–2370 with a long lower wick, moved above the 20-day EMA (2433), and saw the bad news priced in and oversold conditions recover—but selling pressure remains overhead. The daily MACD is still in a death cross, the SMA20 is pressing down at 2464, and the RSI is neutral at 52–54. A rebound is possible, but a reversal is still a long way off.
First: ETFs are selling while whales are buying—which side are you on?
On September 16, ETH spot ETFs saw $220 million in net outflows, with BlackRock’s ETHA recording more than $110 million in outflows. Retail investors see “institutions are exiting” and panic-sell everything with one click.
But look at another set of data: BitMine’s holdings are now close to 4.9% of the circulating supply, at approximately 5.96 million ETH. ETH net outflows from exchanges continue, reserves remain low, and staking has locked up more than 30% of the supply.
Second: MPBC has gone live, and Ethereum has quietly changed its engine.
MPBC (multi-party block construction) went live on Ethereum mainnet on September 16, reducing centralization risks and making block construction more decentralized. With the Glamsterdam upgrade testnet rollout also progressing, L2s and RWAs continue to concentrate on ETH.
Ethereum is becoming increasingly secure, and institutions are becoming increasingly willing to use it
Stablecoins and tokenized Treasuries are all moving onto ETH
Third: a signal has appeared on the technical charts that must be watched closely.
On September 15, a long bearish candle broke below 2500, with a low of 2360–2370 and a long lower wick. This is a typical “panic sell-off + buying support” pattern. ETH is now above the 20-day EMA, but the SMA20 (2464) is still overhead. Structurally, this looks more like an oversold recovery after the bad news has been priced in, not a bottom reversal. Only a high-volume breakout above 2500 would justify talking about strengthening; a break below 2360 would weaken the structure outright and open up further downside.
Key levels:
Resistance above: 2450–2480 (first wall) → 2500 (battle line between bulls and bears) → 2526–2540
Support below: 2430–2440 (20 EMA + support zone) → 2368–2370 (strong support) → 2350 → 2300
You make the call in the battle between bulls and bears
On one side:
The rate hike is behind us, the bad news has been priced in, and the market has already accounted for it
Whale holdings are close to 5% of the circulating supply, with net outflows from exchanges and more than 30% locked in staking
MPBC is live, Deutsche Bank is providing custody, and RWA/L2s continue to attract capital
The long lower wick at 2360–2370 indicates strong demand for an oversold recovery
On the other side:
ETFs are seeing consecutive outflows, with BlackRock recording $110 million in outflows in a single day
The dot plot suggests there could still be rate hikes in 2026, while the macro environment remains tight
The daily MACD is in a death cross, the SMA20 is capping the price, and 2500 has rejected price three times
If BTC breaks down, ETH will follow without question
Trading strategy
For short-term traders:
If 2430–2440 holds, test a long position with a small allocation, stop-loss at 2410, and a target of 2480–2500. Chase only after a high-volume breakout above 2500, targeting 2526–2540.
Bearish approach:
If price is rejected at 2450–2480 or breaks below 2400, open a small short position, targeting 2370–2350, with a stop-loss above 2480.
Range traders:
Buy low and sell high between 2370–2500; don’t chase rallies or sell in panic.
Long-term believers:
Accumulate in batches below 2400. ETH/BTC is at a low level, and with staking lockups, RWA, and upgrades coming to fruition, hold for 1–2 years, targeting 2600+ or even higher.
Rate hikes are not scary; what is scary is handing over your coins at the bottom.
The long lower wick at 2360 is the market manipulators’ final strike against retail investors.
ETH at 2450 is the same asset as ETH at 4900. What has changed is not its value, but your emotions.

The Altcoin market is showing a structure we’ve seen before.
The last time the market broke out of a major monthly downtrend, altcoins went parabolic within the following 9 months.
Today, we’re seeing a similar breakout structure forming.

The greatest wealth is not in the past, but in the future.
Think about it: A few decades ago, what were the top five companies in the world by market capitalization? Steel mills, oil giants, and banks.
Back then, whoever had the most machines, the biggest factories, and the broadest resources was the leader of the world.
But look at things now: Microsoft, Apple, Nvidia, Google, and Amazon.
What about the future?
The explosion of wealth in the future will no longer depend on how many tangible physical resources you own, but on how much computing power and data you have, as well as the AI leverage you possess to solve problems.

ZEC at $1,380—would you still dare to chase it?
First, on the surface: it has gone crazy, but no one dares to get off.
It has risen 24% over the past 7 days and 380% over 30 days, surging from $180 at the start of the year to $1,380 now, with its market cap breaking into the top ten. It touched $1,397 intraday today, a new high in recent years. The daily chart shows a bullish alignment, all moving averages are trending upward, and RSI is at 65-70. The trend is still intact, but the short term is overheated.
First: The NU7 vote is not a bullish catalyst—it “replaced the heart.”
Approximately 2.4 million ZEC participated in the vote. 99.9% supported shortening the block time from 75 seconds to 25 seconds, 98.9% supported retaining Bitcoin-style halvings, and 96.6% supported reclaiming tokens through NSM and reissuing them in 2031.
Tripling the block speed transforms ZEC from “slow store of value” into a usable payment network
The halving remains, the 21 million cap is unchanged, and its hard-money properties are locked in
Second: The ETF is attracting funds, while institutions are openly building positions.
After Grayscale ZCSH spot ETF launched on August 25, its AUM grew rapidly. Paradigm co-founder Matt Huang publicly called ZEC “a privacy complement to Bitcoin” and revealed that the company already holds it.
Grayscale’s ETF continues to buy
Top-tier institutions like Paradigm are publicly backing it
Funds are actively rotating into the privacy sector, with ZEC as the leading token
Third: Shorts are being buried alive.
Perpetual funding is -0.023%, meaning shorts are paying longs every day. Short liquidations over the past 24 hours have far exceeded long liquidations, with liquidation data overwhelmingly one-sided.
As long as shorts do not die, the rise will not stop. Every rally forces shorts to close by buying, creating a “short-squeeze spiral.” How did the $1,397 high come about? Shorts were pushed against the wall, and concentrated position closures drove the move.
But conversely—once the shorts are wiped out, who will take over?
The long-short battle—you decide
On one side:
The NU7 vote passed with 99.9% support, cutting block time to 25 seconds and fundamentally transforming the network
Grayscale ETF continues to attract funds, while Paradigm openly holds positions
Negative funding, shorts being squeezed, and a strong trend
The privacy sector is being repriced, taking ZEC from forgotten to top ten
On the other side:
Up 380% in 30 days, severely overbought in the short term
$1,380-$1,400 is a dual psychological and technical resistance zone
The 4-hour chart shows an accelerating upper wick, clearly signaling a need for a pullback
A 20-30% pullback after an altcoin surge is normal
Resistance above: 1400 (psychological level) → 1500 (round-number level) → 1750-1865 (pattern-based target)
Support below: 1320-1300 (today’s low + former-high conversion) → 1250 (key platform) → 1100-1080 (strong support)
Trading strategy
Aggressive:
Open a small long position at 1380-1390, set a stop-loss below 1320, and target 1420-1450; a break above 1400 opens the way to 1500.
Conservative:
Wait for a pullback to 1320-1300 or around 1250 before adding to longs in batches, with a stop-loss at 1200-1180. First target: 1500. Second target: 1700+.
Existing positions:
Take partial profits by reducing the position by 1/3 to 1/2 around 1380, and protect the remainder with a trailing take-profit.
Shorts:
Shorting against the trend is not recommended at present. Funding and liquidation data are both unfavorable for shorts. Only consider it after a clear, high-volume break below 1250.
A 99.9% approval rate is not something market makers can manipulate—this is genuine consensus.
But 1380 is not the starting point; it is an elevated level after an acceleration. Those who chase highs always die in the pullback.
ZEC’s logic has not changed; what has changed is your cost basis. Those who did not get in at 1100 are now chasing 1380, and one pullback will make them question their lives.

99% of people have misunderstood Tesla.
Right now, many people looking at $TSLA are still calculating how many cars it sold and by how many percentage points its gross margin has declined. That’s completely missing the point.
Top investors aren’t focused on the cars themselves at all, but on the adoption rate of FSD autonomous driving.
When millions of vehicles around the world are on the road every day, and the take rate for intelligent driving options surges at an annual rate of more than 50%,
this is no longer the traditional car manufacturing and sales model. It is an extremely rare combination in the physical world: AI software subscriptions and an autonomous robotaxi network.
Once the data flywheel starts turning, traditional automakers won’t even be able to see Tesla’s taillights.
Ordinary people need to secure enough chips before it takes off.

BTC at $76,450—are you panicking?
Look at the surface first: three consecutive bearish blows, but the price hasn’t collapsed.
The market was stunned after the rate decision. Rates were raised 25 bp to 3.75-4%, and Chair Warsh opened with, “Inflation isn’t under control yet, and there could be another hike this year.” On the same day, the procedural vote on the market structure bill failed 49-50. ETFs saw $746 million in net outflows over two days. After breaking below the range, the price didn’t accelerate downward; instead, it consolidated around 76,000-76,500. When it should fall but doesn’t, something is brewing.
First: the rate hike is genuinely bearish, but the market had already “overpriced” it.
The Fed raised rates 25 bp on September 16, and the dot plot showed one more hike this year, taking rates to 4.1%. The market’s first reaction was, “The hiking cycle is restarting,” and all risk assets took a hit.
On the day the rate hike news came out, BTC bottomed at 74,900 and is now still at 76,450. Why couldn’t it be pushed lower? Because the market had already priced in the worst expectations before the hike.
Second: the CLARITY Act was rejected, but the real nuclear catalyst is in the House of Representatives.
The Senate rejected the CLARITY Act’s procedural vote 49-50, stalling the market structure bill. In the same week, the House Financial Services Committee advanced the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Act by 28-21.
Senate: regulatory legislation continues to be delayed (short-term bearish)
House: BTC obtained through forfeitures/reserves would be locked up for 20 years (mid-term nuclear-level bullish)
The regulatory narrative changed from “possibly becoming law” to “continuing to be delayed,” but the reserve narrative changed from “no one is discussing it” to “formally advancing through legislation.”
Third: ETFs are seeing outflows, but the structure is fundamentally intact.
U.S. spot BTC ETFs saw $746 million in net outflows over two days, with IBIT and FBTC accounting for most redemptions. But cumulative net inflows are still $54.5 billion, ETF AUM is approximately $95 billion, and ETFs account for 6.2% of the market cap. The structure is fundamentally intact; marginal buying has simply paused.
You can judge the bull-bear battle yourself
On one side:
The restart of the rate-hiking cycle is unfavorable for the liquidity narrative in the short term
The CLARITY Act is stalled, disappointing regulatory expectations
ETFs saw $746 million in outflows over two days, pausing marginal buying
The price fell below the 76,700 active cost basis, and whales are distributing
The 10-year U.S. Treasury yield briefly rose above 5%, creating a headwind for risk assets
On the other side:
The rate-hike bearish catalyst has been realized, yet the price hasn’t fallen
The Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Act advanced 28-21, locking up BTC for 20 years
ETFs have $54.5 billion in cumulative net inflows and $95 billion in AUM; the structure remains intact
The STH cost basis at 71,300 is a major on-chain defense level; the first test will likely trigger a rebound
The medium-term daily structure remains intact, with the August bottom at 62,000-65,000 still holding
Strong resistance: 77,100-77,500 (the floor of the previous range; it must reclaim it with volume to count as a recovery)
Secondary resistance: 78,000-78,600 (bear defense)
Major resistance: 79,500-82,200 (September supply zone + corporate treasury cost basis at 80,500)
Current pivot: 76,000-76,500 (bull-bear tug-of-war)
Near support: 75,500-75,000 (this week’s low; a break accelerates the decline)
On-chain support: 73,500 / 71,300 (STH cost basis, major defense level)
Deeper demand: 68,000-65,000
Trading strategy
Short-term traders:
Try small long positions at 75,500-75,800, with a stop-loss at 74,800 (based on the daily close). Reduce longs or try small short positions at 77,100-77,500, with a stop-loss at 78,100.
Swing traders:
Wait for a daily close above 77,100 before considering adding to positions; buy the retest at 76,500-76,800, with a stop-loss at 75,800 and targets of 78,600-80,000.
Long-term believers:
Accumulate in batches in the 73,500-71,300 range. 71,300 is a major on-chain defense level; the first test is more suitable for reducing shorts than adding to them. Hold for 1-2 years and bet on reserve legislation + ETF holdings + the halving cycle.
Bearish continuation scenario:
A 4H close below 75,000, followed by a rebound to 75,200-75,500 that fails; short targets are 73,500 → 71,300, with a stop-loss on a reclaim above 76,000. On the first test of 71,300, reduce shorts rather than add to them.
The rate hike was delivered, the bill was rejected, and ETFs saw outflows—after all three bombs exploded, BTC is still at 76,450. That’s what it means when the price should fall but doesn’t.
76,700 is the active cost basis, while 71,300 is the STH cost basis. Guess where institutions will buy?
BTC at 76,450 is the same asset as BTC at 120,000. What changes is not its value, but your emotions.
For the next 5-10 days, watch only two things:
Whether ETF outflows stop averaging $300 million per day
Whether the daily chart can reclaim 77,100
If neither happens, use a 75,000-77,500 grid. Add in the direction of the trend once they do.
