ARB at $0.12—are you chasing it?
Look at the surface first: two big bullish candles, with retail traders shouting, "The bull market is back!"
On August 31, ARB surged from 0.084 to 0.109 in a record-breaking bullish candle, gaining over 30% in a single day. On September 1, it continued climbing to 0.119. 24-hour trading volume surged, open interest spiked, and the entire market was shouting: Arbitrum is finally about to take off!
First: Robinhood Chain is real value, not an empty narrative.
Robinhood built its own dedicated chain based on Arbitrum Orbit. After launch, its daily fee revenue reached $1.9-2.13 million, while DEX trading volume exceeded $1.4 billion—more than Arbitrum One itself earns.
Most importantly, 10% of the Orbit chain's net revenue flows back into the Arbitrum ecosystem—8% goes to the DAO treasury and 2% to the developers' guild. It brings the ecosystem more than $100,000 in real revenue per day, amounting to tens of millions of dollars annually.
L2s used to "burn money for users." Now Arbitrum has made the "rent collection" model work. Technical licensing plus revenue sharing—this is the first time an L2 has proven it is not a money-losing business.
Second: On September 16, the countdown to the 92.63 million-token unlock bomb begins.
On September 16, approximately 92.63 million ARB will be unlocked through linear releases to the team and investors, worth around $9-10.5 million and accounting for 1.3-1.4% of the circulating market cap.
Doesn't sound like much? But you need to know that ARB's unlock schedule continues through 2027, with new tokens hitting the market every month.
Third: Technical indicators are overbought, and funding rates are surging.
The daily chart broke out of the 0.075-0.10 range on heavy volume, while RSI is already approaching the overbought zone near 70. Open interest has spiked—this shows that leveraged capital is flooding in and longs are becoming crowded.
0.10-0.105 was the top of the range before the breakout and is now the key support-turned-resistance level. If it fails to hold, ARB could fall straight back to 0.10 or even 0.095.
The bulls and bears are fighting—you decide
On one side:
Robinhood Chain's daily revenue of $2 million+, representing real value capture
The Orbit chain revenue-sharing model is working, and L2s can finally "collect rent"
ArbOS 61 is a positive catalyst for institutional deployment
Weekly gains of 13-22% and monthly gains of 37-40%, with the trend turning bullish
On the other side:
The 92.63 million-token unlock on September 16 could trigger selling
The unlock schedule continues through 2027, creating structural selling pressure
RSI is overbought, open interest is too high, and longs are crowded
The 0.12 level has marked a top every time since last year
ARB's token capture of protocol revenue remains indirect and does not flow into its own coffers
Resistance above: 0.119-0.12 (psychological threshold) →0.125→0.14
Support below: 0.108-0.105 (breakout level) →0.10 (bottom of the range) →0.092-0.095 (solid floor)
Trading strategy
Short-term traders:
Primarily stay on the sidelines. If ARB holds above 0.12 on heavy volume, you can cautiously go long on a pullback that holds, targeting 0.125-0.13, with a stop-loss at 0.112. If it breaks below 0.108 on heavy volume, exit immediately and look toward 0.10 below.
Swing traders:
Wait for a pullback to the 0.105-0.10 range and accumulate in batches, with a stop-loss at 0.092 and targets at the previous high of 0.119-0.125; if it breaks out, look toward 0.14. Reduce your position on September 14-15, then observe capital absorption on the unlock date before deciding what to do.
Risk-control rules:
Keep your position size below 3-5% of your account, with leverage no higher than 3-5x
Watch whether Robinhood Chain's fees can remain elevated
Watch for large transfers out on the unlock date
If BTC falls below $76,000, don't try to hold ARB up
This ARB surge is merely the first test of the L2 "rent collection" narrative—
99% of people see the 37% gain and think a reversal is coming, but forget that 90 million tokens are still waiting on September 16.
The day 0.12 fails to hold, you will realize:
It's not that ARB is no good—it's that you chase every time the news is hottest.

$ETH / $BTC is at a critical technical level.
The monthly candle has closed above the MA20 but the key now is confirmation.
The last clean reclaim was in July 2020, when ETH/BTC rallied from 0.0315 to 0.088 and ETH surged from $225 to $4,372.
August 2025 also reclaimed the MA20, but failed to hold it and eventually returned toward the lows.
This time, ETH/BTC needs to turn MA20 into support.
MACD is also turning higher from the same zone that preceded the 2020 breakout.
If the breakout holds:
🎯 Target 1: 0.050
🚀 Stretch target: 0.088
With ISM at 54.6 vs 55.2 expected, growth remains strong but is cooling potentially giving the Fed more room to pause.
If MA20 holds, ETH/BTC could be setting up for a major period of outperformance against BTC.

ETH/BTC monthly chart is starting to look interesting.
Price has closed above the MA 20.
The last clean reclaim of this level came in July 2020.
What followed?
ETH/BTC: 0.0315 → 0.088
ETH: $225 → $4,372
In August 2025, price also touched this average but failed to hold it and eventually dumped back toward the lows.
That’s the key difference now.
ETH/BTC needs to stay above the MA 20.
MACD is also turning up from a similar area to the one that preceded the 2020 breakout.
If the hold works:
First target → 0.050
Stretch target → 0.088
Meanwhile, ISM came in at 54.6 vs 55.2 expected, showing growth is still holding up but slowing.
If macro conditions continue moving toward easier monetary policy, ETH could have more room to outperform.
This setup is definitely worth watching. 👀

UNI at $6.3—are you buying?
First, on the surface: up 97% in a month, with its market cap reaching $3.9 billion.
Up 47% over the past 7 days, then another 8-12% in 24 hours, surging nonstop from 3.2 to 6.3. The candlestick chart tells you: the short-, medium-, and long-term moving averages are all in a bullish alignment, ADX shows a strong trend, and the bull-market structure remains intact—but the short-term move is overheating.
First: UNI has transformed from a “useless governance token” into a “money-printing and buyback-and-burn machine”
UNI used to be criticized: “It only has governance rights, with no value capture whatsoever. Its price rises entirely based on market makers’ whims.”
Now the fee switch is officially active: the protocol takes a portion of the fees from every transaction and uses it to buy back and burn UNI on the market.
Robinhood Chain has exploded: tokenized stocks/RWA trading volume has surged to $130 million per day, with Uniswap capturing most of the share.
Daily burn records continue to be broken: approximately 150,000 UNI were burned in the most recent day, bringing the cumulative burn to the tens of millions to hundreds of millions of tokens.
Second: Robinhood Chain has given UNI a second spring
Data (September 2, 2026) shows:
Protocol TVL is $3.455 billion: $2.38 billion on Ethereum mainnet, $412 million on Base, $185 million on Arbitrum, and Robinhood Chain has already surged to $163 million.
30-day trading volume is $54.8 billion, with annualized fees of $851 million.
Annualized protocol revenue (used for burns) is approximately $56.4 million, with $9.19 million over 30 days and $610,000 over 24 hours.
The real trading demand for tokenized stocks and RWAs on Robinhood Chain has transformed UNI from a “meme-coin casino” into compliant-asset trading infrastructure.
Third: Risks remain, and the FOMC is the biggest variable
At the September 16 FOMC meeting, the currently priced probability of a 25 bp rate hike is approximately 35-66%. Chair Warsh is hawkish, while 10-year U.S. Treasury yields are at cycle highs, putting pressure on non-yielding assets.
If the nonfarm payrolls data on September 4 or CPI data on September 11 comes in strong, BTC could retest $75,000 or even lower—no matter how strong UNI is, it cannot withstand a BTC plunge.
The bull-bear battle—judge for yourself
On one side:
Fee-based burning is active, transforming UNI from a governance token into a protocol token with cash flow
Robinhood Chain’s contribution has surged, bringing genuine incremental trading demand
Up 97% in 30 days, with ADX trend strength showing bullish dominance
All moving averages are in a bullish alignment, and the medium-term structure remains intact
On the other side:
RSI 78, extremely overbought in the short term, with strong demand for a pullback
If funding rates turn excessively positive, there is a risk of a long squeeze
FOMC rate-hike expectations are pressuring the macro environment; if BTC breaks below $75,000, it will drag UNI down
At 6.3, the risk-reward ratio is mediocre after the sharp rise, with the risk of chasing higher
Resistance above: 6.37-6.5 → 6.8-7.2 → 8-9 (a volume-backed breakout is required)
Support below: 6.0-5.96 → 5.78-5.70 → 5.50-5.39 → 5.22-5.13
Trading strategy
For existing long positions:
Set a trailing take-profit at 5.70, take profit on half at the first target of 6.8-7.2, and target 8-9 for the second.
For those out of the market who want to go long:
Don’t chase! Wait for a low-volume pullback to 5.85-5.70 and enter after stabilization. Alternatively, wait for a volume-backed daily close above 6.5 before chasing the breakout, but keep the position size small.
For those looking to short/reduce positions:
Try a small short position around 6.3-6.4, targeting a pullback to 5.9-5.7, with a stop-loss above 6.5.
Risk-control rules:
Keep perpetual leverage within 3-5x, with the risk per trade not exceeding 1-2% of principal
Watch the September 4 nonfarm payrolls, September 11 CPI, and September 16 FOMC
Reduce positions or hedge first if BTC breaks below $75,000
UNI’s move from 3.2 to 6.3 is the first true return of value for the DeFi narrative—
99% of people are still criticizing “governance tokens as useless,” yet UNI doubled in a month, burning 150,000 tokens every day.
At 6.3, this is neither the bottom nor the top—it is the starting point where a new narrative has just been validated.
But don’t forget: even the best coin can trap you for three months if you chase it in an overbought zone.

$BTC is getting tighter.
Price is now building a falling wedge while staying trapped inside the current range. Bulls and bears are both waiting for confirmation, so the sentiment feels mixed right now.
The real move comes when BTC finally breaks the pattern or takes out the range high/low.
Until then, patience matters. Let the price show the direction instead of guessing it.

Oil prices have pushed global bond markets “into a corner”—how long can BTC’s $77k hold?
Brent crude, $96.18.
Up 4.5% in two days, and 51% cumulatively this year.
U.S. 10-year Treasury yield, 4.798%.
The highest since January 2025.
Japan’s 10-year government bond yield, 3%.
The first time since October 1996.
Bitcoin, $76,454.
Down 2.4% in 24 hours.
Four things happened on the same day.
U.S.-Iran hostilities flare up again → tensions in the Strait of Hormuz → oil prices surge violently ($96+) → inflation expectations rise across the board → global bond markets crash in unison (German, British, Japanese, and U.S. bond yields all surge) → the probability of a Fed rate hike jumps from 30%+ to 66% → non-yielding assets come under pressure across the board → BTC falls below $77k
A geopolitical conflict breaks out. In theory, Bitcoin’s “safe-haven properties” should kick in, right?
But what happened? Oil rose, BTC fell.
Why?
Because the market is trading “rate hikes” now, not “safe havens.”
Oil prices surge → inflation heats up → the Fed has to raise rates → funds pull out of risk assets → BTC gets dumped along with other risk assets.
Bitcoin’s “safe-haven narrative” means nothing in the face of “rate-hike expectations.”
Germany’s 10-year government bond yield surged to its highest since 2011.
Britain’s 10-year government bond yield surged to its highest since 2008.
Japan’s 10-year government bond yield surged to its highest since 1996.
U.S. Treasury Secretary Bessent said that “high yields are a reflection of a strong economy” and that “we will ultimately get through this.”
Translated into plain English: Don’t panic; it’s not a big deal.
Did the market believe it?
The 10-year U.S. Treasury yield at 4.798%—the market voted with its feet.
① September 11—CPI data
If it comes in above expectations, the probability of a rate hike could jump directly above 80%.
② September 15–16—Fed rate meeting
The market is currently pricing in a rate-hike probability of over 66%.
A week ago, this figure was still below 40%.
③ The situation in the Strait of Hormuz
If shipping conditions deteriorate further, oil prices could surge past $100 again.
Any one of these three points blowing up would mean another blow for BTC.
BTC is undergoing a “macroeconomic stress test.”
$77k is not the bottom.
But it is not the ceiling either.
It is a mirror.
What it reflects is the truth that global liquidity as a whole is tightening.

Machi just stop-lossed some of his long positions because the prices were getting very close to his liquidation prices: ETH was only $50 away, and BTC was $1,800 away. By repeatedly rolling into long positions and catching the huge surge earlier, he turned $150,000 into $11 million. After only a slight pullback and some sideways movement, his funds have already fallen back to $4.5 million. If the market shakes a little more, he’ll probably give it all back.

Bessent’s “Bluff” Seen Through: The Real Narrative Behind the Global Bond Sell-Off and Crypto Market
On August 19, U.S. Treasury Secretary Bessent made his move.
He wanted to “save” the U.S. Treasury market.
Two weeks later, everything was back to zero.
This was not a failed intervention. It was a “bluff” that had been seen through.
On August 19, Bessent announced a major move: doubling the maximum single-operation buyback size for 10- to 30-year Treasury bonds—from $2 billion to at least $4 billion.
As soon as the news broke, the 30-year U.S. Treasury yield fell accordingly. For a moment, the market thought the “Bessent put” had really arrived.
And then?
As of September 1, the 30-year Treasury yield had returned to 5.27%, exactly where it had been before Bessent announced the expanded purchases. The 10-year yield hovered around 4.8%, reaching a new high since January 2025. The 2-year yield rose to 4.40%, with the market pricing in roughly a 70% probability of a Fed rate hike this month.
Two weeks, and everything was back to zero.
Why did it fail? Three underlying reasons.
First, the scale is mismatched.
A $4 billion single-operation buyback limit. Sounds like a lot, right?
The U.S. Treasury needs to sell $2 trillion in bonds every year.
$4 billion vs. $2 trillion—a difference of three orders of magnitude.
It is like your water pipe bursting and you try to catch the water with a teacup.
A drop in the bucket does not even begin to describe how absurd this is.
Second, this is not an isolated U.S. Treasury problem—it is globally interconnected.
On September 1, Japan’s 10-year government bond yield touched 3% for the first time since 1996.
The U.K.’s 30-year government bond yield rose to 5.88%, its highest level since 1998.
Germany’s 10-year government bond yield reached 3.36%, its highest level since 2011.
The Bloomberg Global Sovereign Bond Index yield rose to a nearly 20-year high.
This is not a problem confined to the U.S. Treasury market. Global financing costs are rising systematically.
Third, and most importantly—term premiums are back.
Mark Cabana, Bank of America’s head of U.S. rates strategy, said something worth reading three times:
“Investors are demanding greater compensation to be willing to extend maturities.”
In plain English: the market no longer believes that any policy can push down long-term interest rates.
In the past, the market believed in the “Fed put” and the “Treasury put”—when something went wrong, someone would step in to save the day.
Now? No one believes it anymore.
Bessent said in a CNBC interview: “The market is the market.”
In plain English: “I tried my best, but there’s nothing I can do either.”
Pantera Capital founder Dan Morehead hit the nail on the head:
“For a bluff to work, no one at the table can know that you are bluffing.”
So who saw through the bluff at this table?
The entire market.
Morehead even said directly that Bessent’s Treasury buyback plan was “counterproductive.” He directly attributed Bitcoin’s strong 26% rebound in August to the event.
The logic is simple:
U.S. debt surpasses $40 trillion → the Treasury’s bluff is seen through → confidence in fiat currencies declines → capital flows into Bitcoin and gold.
In August, Bitcoin surged from $62k to nearly $80k, rising more than 25% in a single week and 27% for the month, making it the best-performing asset among major global asset classes. Gold gained nearly 15% in August, its strongest monthly performance since 1999.
But the story is not over yet.
At the start of September, Bitcoin traded sideways around $78k. The probability of a rate hike climbed to roughly 70%, while the bond sell-off weighed on risk assets.
The two sides of the macro narrative are tearing the market apart:
One side: debt spirals out of control → fiat currencies depreciate → bullish for BTC—this was the logic behind August’s 26% surge.
The other side: rising interest rates → tightening liquidity → bearish for risk assets—this is the logic behind September’s sideways trading.
Which side will prevail?
No one knows. The market itself does not know either.
Oil prices rose approximately 13% over the past month to $94. Tensions in the Middle East remain unresolved. The war involving Iran has pushed up energy prices. Inflation has not gone away at all.
Expectations for rate hikes by central banks around the world are heating up—the European Central Bank, the Bank of Japan, and the Reserve Bank of Australia and New Zealand.
This is not a world where “inflation has peaked and rate cuts are imminent.”
This is a world where “inflation is persistent and rate hikes are on the way.”
And the crypto market is caught between these two narratives—
One foot is planted in the long-term logic of “fiat collapse and BTC as a safe haven.”
The other foot is planted in the short-term pressure of “rising rates and tightening liquidity.”
August’s surge was the market trading on “Bessent has failed.”
September’s sideways trading is the market asking, “What happens next?”
Dan Morehead was right about the first half—the market saw through the bluff.
But the second half has yet to be written:
When everyone at the table knows you have no cards, the game has only just begun.
Does Bessent still have cards in his hand? Scrapping 20-year Treasury bonds and increasing short-term debt issuance—faced with real market forces, these are merely delaying tactics.
Global bond markets are being repriced.
Your positions are being repriced too.
$40 trillion in debt will not disappear on its own.
A 5.27% yield will not come down on its own.
A 3% Japanese government bond yield—something not seen in 30 years—will not return on its own.
Bessent has been seen through.
