$CAP This long position didn’t add immediately after entry; I first wanted to see whether CAP could hold above the previous high. Support on the pullback was stronger than expected, and the fake breakout didn’t damage the structure, so I continued holding.

After securing +14.92%, I handled it on a 70/30 basis: took 70% off first, and moved the protection level up for the remaining 30% so I wouldn’t give all the profit back. If it comes under pressure again around 0.05987, I’ll reduce a bit more.

I’m now leaning toward a bullish pullback, with clear conditions: as long as the 0.05941 area h

CLARITY Act Hits a Senate Roadblock
The U.S. Senate voted 49–50, falling short of the 60 votes needed to advance the bill.
CBS News +1
But this was a procedural vote — not a final vote on the Act.
The bigger takeaway: U.S. crypto market-structure rules remain unresolved, keeping regulatory uncertainty in focus.
The bill stalled. The debate continues.

The Fear and Greed Index remains in greed at 69, so why is $WLFI falling instead of rising? The answer: BTC is moving sideways with little momentum, funds are rotating into weaker sectors, and $WLFI is being drained of liquidity.
$WLFI is currently at 0.057, down 1.55% in 24h, with only 5.9M in trading volume. MA5 has crossed below MA20, RSI is weak at 45.8, the bearish MACD histogram is continuing, and the funding rate of +0.0050% shows that longs remain crowded, creating short-term pressure. Also monitor: $AEV and $CELO are relatively resilient.

🚨 JUST IN: ZERO Democrats voted to advance the CLARITY Act in the U.S. Senate.
Four Republicans also voted against advancing the bill.
I don't dare say anything now, afraid it'll go back down as soon as I do, so I'll just quietly watch.
When I checked the chart after lunch, $HEMI the key level held, funds quietly entered, and buying pressure strengthened, so I suggested going long with a small position. Entry: 0.005583, current price: 0.006361, +274.58%. Feels really good—I can treat myself to a nice meal.
Have a strategy before the market opens, discipline during the session, and reflection afterward.
Take profit on 80% first, and move the protection on the remaining 20% to the entry price. Don't let your profits turn into p

The CLARITY Act vote was happening, ETH was getting volatile, and I decided to trade the reaction instead of trying to predict the outcome.
I was watching ETH closely during the U.S. Senate voting because I expected the market to move quickly around the result. These are the moments where it’s very easy to enter late just because a candle is moving fast. I didn’t want to do that. I waited for ETH to give me a level where I could clearly define my trade.
When ETH reached around 2,387, I took an ETHUSDT short.
My target was 2,375 from the beginning. I used 200x leverage and al

The protection level hasn't broken, so I'll continue holding this trade. $BR The rebound into the key level zone earlier lacked sufficient support, and the key level failed to move higher, so I took a bearish position. After entering, there were pullbacks, but each was weaker than the last, indicating that selling pressure remains.

After unrealized profit reached +792.41%, I took profit on 80% first and let the remaining 20% run. As long as price does not reclaim the key level, the bearish structure remains; once it is reclaimed, the original thesis is invalidated, and I will close the remai

Stablecoins must not pay interest, and regulators are also targeting exchanges: I’m only bearish on ENA at this level
Half an hour ago, the GENIUS Act targeted exchange yield channels, with $ENA sitting at 0.1396, 24h -5%—I won’t catch a falling knife; I’m only looking short.
One sentence on the event—the GENIUS Act prohibits issuers from paying yield to holders, and Section 404 specifically targets disguised interest payments by exchanges and affiliated parties.
The transmission occurs in three steps. First, legislation has boxed in issuers’ deposit-taking channels; second, exchanges’ stable

GATE US IS BUILDING THE REGULATORY ROADMAP FOR ITS NEXT CHAPTER
Gate US has reached 37 state-level compliant licenses in the United States, with Massachusetts becoming the latest addition through its Money Transmitter License.
For me, the most interesting part of this milestone is not simply the number 37.
It is what the number represents.
Crypto exchanges are often measured by trading volume, liquidity, listed assets, fees and user growth. Those metrics are important, but as the industry matures, another factor is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore: regulatory infra
