SanDisk ($SNDK ) has seen a pretty smooth downward move this round. The $1,000 level has come back into play. But I think the real test will only show up after the price drops into the $1,000 range—at that point, it will be hard to place both short and long trades.
My plan is: wait for the stock price to approach $1,000. If it doesn’t show a quick breakdown, I’ll take profit and close the short positions first. Then I’ll free up time to wait for Micron ($MU ) to pull back to around 650 and look for a clearer structure to catch a long opportunity.
