$BTC Bitcoin at the Breaking Point
After pushing up toward $79,852, BTC was rejected and has been working its way lower. On the 1-hour chart, price has now reached the 0.618 Fibonacci area, with $74,887 sitting underneath as the key support level.
This is where things get interesting.
If $74,887 holds, I’d be watching to see if Bitcoin can stabilize and work its way back toward $77,800, which is an important resistance area. A reclaim there could put the recent highs back into focus.
But if $74,887 breaks and fails to recover, the chart opens up toward $73,100 first, with the deeper Fibonacci

Does a bearish moving-average alignment necessarily mean you should chase shorts? Not necessarily—KITE is currently at 0.1004, with MA5 having crossed below MA20, but RSI is only 30.1 and nearing oversold territory, while the price is clinging to the lower Bollinger Band at 0.0994, making this a rebound zone amid weakness.
$KIT My view: bullish in the short term, looking to capture a rebound rather than chase shorts. Entry reference: 0.0995–0.1005 (lower Bollinger Band combined with RSI oversold); take-profit 1 at 0.1042 (MA20 resistance), take-profit 2 at 0.1090 (upper Bollinger Band); stop-l

#GoldNears$4400HitsSevenWeekHigh $4,400, Reaching a Seven Week High
Gold is once again attracting strong attention as the price reaches around $4,400, marking a seven week high and highlighting the renewed strength across the precious metals market.
A move of this size is more than just another price update. It shows that market participants are continuing to watch safe haven assets closely while expectations around interest rates, inflation, currencies, global economic conditions, and financial market uncertainty remain important.

With the latest developments in the US Senate, the CLARITY Act, eagerly awaited by the cryptocurrency market, has entered an uncertain phase.
Why Was the CLARITY Act Suspended?
The vote on the bill, which was expected to establish a federal standard for digital assets, was postponed by the Senate to a later date. There are three main reasons behind this decision:

After entry, the market didn't move straight to the target; it first moved sideways and then swept the stops, so I held according to the protection level. I took profit on 80% around 0.17982, leaving 20% for lower levels.

I'm temporarily bearish, but not blindly chasing. As long as the previous low holds, the bears still have room; if the k

#CLARITYActFailsToPass : What Happened and Why It Matters for Crypto
The U.S. Senate has failed to advance the Digital Asset Market CLARITY Act, marking a major setback for efforts to establish a comprehensive federal regulatory framework for cryptocurrency and digital assets in the United States.
On September 15, 2026, senators voted on a procedural motion to advance the legislation. The measure received 49 votes in favor and 50 against, falling short of the 60 votes required to overcome the Senate’s procedural threshold. The vote was not a final vote on the complete legislation itself; rathe

The CLARITY Act officially failed to secure the 60 votes needed in the U.S. Senate, triggering a sell-off that immediately sent Bitcoin below $75,000.
The deadlock emerged just before the crucial vote when Republicans rejected a new negotiating proposal from Democratic senators, despite having previously revised more than 126 points.
This setback in the procedural vote has left the door to passing a crypto regulatory framework this year nearly closed, while short-term pressure on prices persists.
