What makes the Genesis sealed-bid auction interesting is that the highest bidder doesn't necessarily pay the highest amount they submitted.
That's a pretty different approach to NFT auctions.
Take a scenario where three NFTs are available and four people place bids. Even if one person offers 3,000 cZAMA and another offers 1,500 cZAMA, both successful bidders pay the same amount.
The deciding factor is the lowest winning bid.
In this example, that price is 1,000 cZAMA. So whether you bid 3,000, 1,500 or 1,000, you only pay 1,000 if your bid secures an NFT. The excess is returned.
