My favorite coffees are from Thailand’s First Officer Coffee Roasters and Graph, and whenever I go to Chiang Mai, I always make sure to leave room in my suitcase for two bags of coffee beans
The coffee I usually drink☕️ generally comes from Colombia, Costa Rica, or Ethiopia. These regions are very established. You can’t say their coffee is bad, but the flavor is simply the kind you can expect.
Many of the beans sold in Chiang Mai come from Chiang Rai. You can sense their aroma before even taking a sip: fresh, delicate, with a hint of mountain fruitiness. They have layers without being overpowe

Can you really learn Chan Theory in 1 hour? First, the conclusion: you can learn how to "use" it. As for "drawing" the charts—starting today, that's no longer something you need to learn. Why does the traditional path put 99% of people off? The standard way to learn Chan Theory goes like this: read the books three times → memorize the definitions → draw tens of thousands of strokes on historical charts → discover in live trading that your charts don't match the teacher's → sign up for another course. Three years later, your biggest takeaway is four words: "a thousand people, a thousand interpr

Have to say, $BTC buy-side support around 80k is holding up pretty well. Even the downside wick over the weekend failed to break below 80k, so that support is quite strong.
BTC has broken below the triangle. The triangle’s lower boundary is now resistance for BTC, around 81,818. BTC needs to get back inside the triangle to have a chance of challenging the 82,626 resistance. If it can’t break above 81,818, nothing else matters.
That’s because only after it gets back inside the triangle and breaks out of the consolidation range marked by the

Sentiment Shift: Is Returning "Greed" Fueling the Next Leg Up, or Is the Market Overheating?
The Crypto Fear & Greed Index has shifted back into the Greed zone as risk appetite improves across the market. With $BTC , $ETH , and other major assets showing signs of strength, market sentiment is recovering quickly. This raises a crucial question: will this greed fuel the next leg higher, or is the market starting to overheat?
Rather than relying on emotions, let's break down the current technical picture for BTC and ETH based on recent price action.

Finding opportunities in $UNI through cycle resonance, with levels and exit lines here
$UNI There is a very typical debate right now: one side cites the 24-hour -0.08% move as proof of direction, while the other counters with key levels. I’m not taking sides based on the price change for now, because $UNI has already moved on the 1-hour chart, but the 4-hour chart hasn’t confirmed it and still hasn’t given a complete answer. I’ll treat the short-term chart as a reminder, not a conclusion; without confirmation from the larger timeframe, direction can still shift.
My view is that I’d rather see

$AVA Moving averages are bullish, but price has reached the upper Bollinger Band. Should you chase? No—avoid chasing and wait for a pullback. MA5=0.3876 crossed above MA20=0.3600, turning the short- to medium-term structure bullish; however, the current price of 0.3897 is hugging the lower edge of the upper Bollinger Band at 0.4253. RSI=68.3 is nearing overbought territory, the MACD histogram is only +0.00064, indicating thin bullish momentum, and the 30-candle range of 36.21% signals sharp volatility. NEAR Jumps Nearly 10%: Is NEAR Protocol Preparing for a Bigger Breakout?
The cryptocurrency market continues to attract attention as NEAR Protocol’s native token, NEAR, records a sharp price increase of nearly 10%. The sudden move has brought renewed interest to the project, its underlying technology, and the broader outlook for AI-related blockchain infrastructure.
In a market where investor sentiment can change quickly, a strong daily rally can signal improving momentum. However, the key question is whether NEAR can sustain its gains or whether traders will

$SOXS Strong Bullish Rebound
As SOXS surges from 33.63 to 50.94, the rally is gaining strong momentum, rebounding an impressive 51% from its recent low. Buyers have broken through multiple resistance levels, and the 4-hour chart continues to show higher highs and higher lows. The key zone to watch now is 49–50. As long as this area holds, the price could test 53.30 again, and even 55–58. A drop below 49 could trigger a deeper pullback. The rebound is strong, with plenty of momentum. The bulls remain in control for now. $SOXS

Because Alkanes currently accounts for 60%+ of Bitcoin’s total network transaction volume, and #DIESEL V3 will launch at block 972000, at least 90% of the transaction volume driven by Alkanes will disappear, causing Bitcoin’s total network transaction volume and network-wide gas to plunge!

This raises a crucial question: will this greed fuel the next leg higher, or is the market starting to overheat?
Rather than relying on emotions, let's break down the current technical picture for BTC and ETH based on recent price action.
📊 Bitcoin (BTC/USDT) Analysis
Looking at the daily and 4-hour charts, BTC experienced a significant run-up to a local peak of 87,380, followed by a natural retracement phase.
· Current State: BTC is currently consolidating around 81,700. On the 4-hour chart, the price is essentially resting right on the Middle Bollinger Band (MB: 81,701.5).
· Key Levels: Immediate support is found at the recent local low of 79,725 and the lower Bollinger Band around 80,790. On the upside, the daily Middle Band at 83,334 serves as the first major resistance, with a marked target (TP) highlighted around 84,800.
· Indicators: The daily MACD remains in negative territory, though the 1-hour MACD is attempting a bullish cross. Volume and OBV (On-Balance Volume) are relatively flat, indicating a lack of aggressive buying pressure at this exact moment.
BTC Takeaway: Bitcoin is in a healthy consolidation phase. Holding above the $80k psychological and technical support keeps the broader uptrend intact.
📈 Ethereum (ETH/USDT) Analysis
Ethereum's chart tells a similar story of correction and consolidation, but with an interesting technical setup emerging.
· Current State: ETH is trading near 2,411. After dropping from a local high of 2,806, the asset found support near 2,314.
· Key Levels: On the daily chart, the Middle Bollinger Band at 2,558 is the key resistance to watch. The daily Lower Band sits at 2,321, aligning with recent support.
· Indicators: The 1-hour chart shows a classic Bollinger Band squeeze. The bands are tightening significantly (Upper Band: 2,447, Lower Band: 2,385). This compression typically precedes a strong volatility expansion. The 1-hour MACD is flat near the zero line, waiting for a catalyst.
ETH Takeaway: ETH is coiling up. A decisive breakout above $2,450 could trigger a move toward the daily resistance, while a breakdown could see a retest of the $2,300 zone.
🤔 So, Fuel or Overheating?
Greed is a powerful driver, but the current charts suggest the market is in a digestion and consolidation phase, not an immediate parabolic blow-off.
The shift to "Greed" reflects recovering confidence, but the relatively flat OBV and negative daily MACD show that buyers are being cautious. The market is currently testing support levels.
· If buyers step in here and push through the middle Bollinger Bands (BTC > $83K, ETH > $2.45K) with rising volume, the current "greed" will act as fuel for the next leg up.
· However, if these current support levels fail to hold, the sentiment could quickly flip, proving that the market is indeed overheated and in need of a deeper reset.
The Bottom Line: Stay objective. The market is at a decision point. Monitor the volume and the middle Bollinger Bands for clear directional confirmation.

#KOSPIJumps3.3% #日韩股集体大跌
I spent my weekend going through the Asia selloff numbers, and my honest take is that this was more than a normal dip. It was a positioning event, and the memory names sat at the center of it.
The scoreboard first. On October 15, the Nikkei 225 closed down 3,318.34 points, or 4.90%, at 64,425.95, and the KOSPI closed down 7.56% at 5,554.27. The KOSPI fell more than 9% intraday and triggered its tenth circuit breaker of the year. The Nikkei drop was the third biggest point fall ever, and the index is now more than 10% below its June record of 72,831.73. Taiwan lost 3.4

Domino Effect: How One Fed Chair's Silence Helped Seoul Bounce Back
Two headlines are sitting side by side today: Fed Chair Kevin Warsh's IMF chat and the KOSPI's sharp rebound. They are connected, and the closing numbers tell a more careful story than the 3.3% headline. I laid it out as a chain of dominoes.
THE INFLATION SHOCK
September CPI came in at 3.7% against 3.6% expected, and producer prices jumped far more than forecast. That revived rate-hike fears across global markets. The Fed had already raised rates by a quarter point to about 3.9% in September, its first increase in three years.
BLACK THURSDAY IN SEOUL
Korea took the hit first. The KOSPI plunged more than 7% on October 15 and triggered a circuit breaker. It closed at 5,554.22, down 454.59 points or 7.57%. The chip giants were crushed: Samsung Electronics fell 9.48% and SK hynix 11.06%. Foreign investors dumped about 3.6 trillion won of KOSPI stocks in a single session. The fear was a mix of inflation worries, tighter monetary policy and doubts about the sustainability of AI infrastructure spending.
WARSH DECLINES TO SHOW HIS HAND
Then came Bangkok. At the IMF fireside chat, Warsh refrained from signaling whether the Fed will hike again this month. His words: "I don't prejudge meetings." He also noted that central banks worldwide have tightened in sync, meaning there are no free riders, and voiced optimism that AI will lift productivity, though the road will be very bumpy. Bloomberg noted he said nothing to dispel expectations that the Fed will hold at its October 27-28 meeting.
The market read it as slightly softer. Saxo's Charu Chanana said his refusal to commit to another hike led some hike bets to unwind. USD/JPY slipped back under 158 as the dollar weakened, and Nasdaq futures rose on his AI remarks.
THE REBOUND, BY THE NUMBERS
- Opening: the KOSPI opened at 5,653.99, up 1.80%.
- Intraday: it kept climbing, with one report showing a 3.3% gain and another noting a high of 5,809.94 during the session. By my math that peak is about 4.6% above Thursday's close.
- Closing bell: it ended up 113.83 points, or 2.05%, at 5,668.05, the first higher close in eight sessions. So the headline surge of 3.3% was an intraday moment, and more than half of the peak gain was given back.
- KOSDAQ: it jumped 4.46% to 794.78.
- Chips: Samsung Electronics closed at 215,500 won, up 2.62%, and SK hynix at 1.272 million won, up 0.79%.
THE FLOW CHECK: WHO WAS BUYING?
This matters most. Foreign investors ended an eight-session selling streak, turning net buyers for the first time in eight trading days. The size is debated: one tally put it at 172.1 billion won, a fraction of the more than 3.6 trillion won sold on October 15, while another showed 342.8 billion won. Either way, it is a relief signal, not a trend. And as one analyst pointed out, 80 to 90 percent of foreigners' cumulative net selling this year has been concentrated in Samsung Electronics and SK hynix.
IS THE BOTTOM IN?
Nobody can say. Bulls point to the fact that earnings forecasts for Samsung and SK hynix have recently been revised upward, and KB Securities called the plunge a case of excessive concern priced in ahead of time. One analyst even floated a possible W-shaped rebound. Bears note that the bounce may prove to be only a technical rebound rather than a trend reversal.
THE CRYPTO ANGLE FOR GATE SQUARE
Crypto has been tracking the same macro tape. BTC dipped to $79,950 on October 15, then rebounded and traded around $82,331 by Friday morning. Bitcoin is still headed for a second straight weekly loss. The link is simple: softer dollar and calmer rate fears help risk assets everywhere, from Seoul chips to BTC.
WHAT I AM WATCHING NEXT
1. Whether foreign flows stay positive for a second session.
2. How Samsung and SK hynix hold above this week's lows.
3. The Fed meeting on October 27-28.
4. Whether AI-financing worries ease or return.
5. BTC holding the $80,000 zone.
MY TAKE
Warsh did not calm the market with a promise. He calmed it by refusing to add a new scare, and that was enough for a bounce. But a bounce after a 7.57% crash is just the first step. I would treat this as relief, not confirmation, and keep risk tight until the data agrees.
