🐋 WHALE WATCH : Chainalysis is officially suing the US government over a $94.6 MILLION crypto tracing deal awarded to TRM Labs.
ICE bypassed standard bidding handing TRM the contract via a single bid with zero competition. Chainalysis called the move arbitrary capricious and unreasonable.
TRM Labs has entered the legal fight to protect the contract and oral arguments hit the court Sept 2 with a final ruling expected by September 10.
