I’m short one lot of Unitree. Although robotics is a blue-ocean market, Unitree’s current solutions are limited to dancing performances in shopping malls. Until robots can be integrated into and replace some human work and everyday-life scenarios, they’re just a spectacle.
This is probably also one of the reasons Unitree is eager to go public. After all, if its products cannot generate revenue in the short term, it can rely on its stock price to raise money; otherwise, it won’t be able to sustain itself and fund further R&D.
