$AVAX short position is starting to pay off. After failing to move higher, I handled it on an 80/20 basis: banked 80% first, with the remaining 20% continuing to watch for support. +194.99% is just the result, not the focus.

After entering, I focused on the repeated pressure near the previous high. Rebound volume failed to keep up, 7.293 failed to reclaim and hold the key level, and the bearish structure remains intact. Selling pressure near the previous high has not eased, and I am not in a hurry to add before seeing clear support on the pullback. If it directly wicks down here to trigger m

🇺🇸❌ CLARITY Act FAILS in the US Senate.
The landmark bill that was supposed to finally establish a clear regulatory framework for the crypto market failed to secure the 60 votes needed to pass its procedural vote.
This is a major setback for the crypto industry, which had hoped to see the United States clarify in particular the division of regulatory authority over digital assets.
But the CLARITY Act is not definitively dead: negotiations can resume, the bill can evolve, and another vote attempt remains possible.

🇺🇲BREAKING! The CLARITY Act fails to secure the required 60 votes to advance to the next stage!
The vote on procedural advancement failed with a 49–50 result. 60 votes were required to move forward!
Let's take a look at what the CLARITY Act is together:👇🏼
➢CLARITY's primary objective was to establish a federal market structure and rulebook for the digital asset market, and specifically to delineate more clearly the respective jurisdictions of the SEC and the CFTC!
➢In other words, "Does this token and this activity fall under the jurisdiction of the SEC, the CFTC, or another regulator?"

Everyone, keep enjoying it and keep feasting! Every day, we're either feasting or on our way to feast—this feeling is truly wonderful😁
Treating U.S. policy as the decisive arbiter of a decentralized counter-institutional financial instrument is a category error.
It’s roughly like asking the gasoline industry to settle the question of electrification.
We don’t need institutions to make crypto work. Institutions increasingly need crypto to remain relevant.

FOMC SEPTEMBER: ONE RATE HIKE MAY NOT BE ENOUGH
The September FOMC meeting has become much more than a simple question of whether the Federal Reserve will raise rates.
The real question is what the Fed needs to communicate after the decision to convince markets that its inflation fight, policy direction, and reaction function remain credible.
The Federal Reserve's September 15–16 meeting concludes on September 16 at 2:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time, followed by Chair Kevin Warsh's press conference. For investors in Asia, that means the decision arrives during the early hours o

GPU-hours might be turning into something you hedge.
The CFTC is already exploring compute derivatives, and Liquid Compute just raised $15M to build a regulated market for GPU futures, options + swaps.
Makes sense if AI compute really grows from ~$360B in 2025 to ~$2.3T by 2030.
The weird part is standardization.
An H100-hour in one region isn’t the same product as a B200-hour somewhere else with different networking, power costs and cluster size.
So before compute gets a real futures market, someone has to invent the benchmark contract everyone agrees to trade around.
Once that exists, labs c

CLARITY Act Hits a Senate Roadblock
The U.S. Senate voted 49–50, falling short of the 60 votes needed to advance the bill.
CBS News +1
But this was a procedural vote — not a final vote on the Act.
The bigger takeaway: U.S. crypto market-structure rules remain unresolved, keeping regulatory uncertainty in focus.
The bill stalled. The debate continues.
