A major weakness in DAO treasury management is coming back into focus: according to GSR's August 8 market analysis, approximately 70% of DAO treasury assets are held in native tokens.
At first glance, holding a project's own token can appear logical. It aligns treasury value with the ecosystem's growth.

Iraq Oil Exports Fall Sharply
Iraq’s crude oil exports have declined significantly, with recent data showing volumes down roughly 70–75% from pre-crisis levels of around 3.4 million barrels per day.
