Just after I saw the bearish news, the chart was still acting strong, and then, in a split second, it started “sending gifts” to the shorts. This kind of move is rare, but once you understand it, you can’t trade randomly. After $ASTEROID spent several rounds grinding at high levels with relatively low trading volume, the rally never had any decent follow-through. I judged that the overhead resistance had not cleared and prompted a short around 0.0001670; after the rebound failed to confirm, I followed through and held the position.
