The prior price action has been ranging in the 3.6–3.9 zone, and the market hasn’t been paying much attention, but the 4-hour structure is quietly starting to change.
The price has rebounded from the 3.645 low point, then continues to make higher lows. It is now around 4.15.
From a technical perspective, the MACD has formed a low-level golden cross, the long-side histogram bars are gradually strengthening, and the short-term trend is clearly leaning bullish.
The biggest issue right now is the overhead resistance around 4.20
