According to South Korean authorities, three people were arrested after scamming 71 victims by stealing approximately 3.4 million XRP from them—worth nearly 27.3 billion won (about $19 million).
The fraudsters posed as the Flare Network and FXRP projects, using their launch to convince investors to deposit their XRP on a fake staking platform.
