For a small-cap coin, this kind of volume is a typical short-squeeze pump, not price discovery. My strategy is simple: at the current price of 0.3115, allocate only 5% as a starter position to test the waters; add 10% if it pulls back to the 0.24–0.26 range; set the stop-loss below 0.21 and exit unconditionally if support breaks. ETH remains bearish in the short term, but short trades can no longer focus solely on the downtrend; they must also guard against a rapid rebound triggered by a short squeeze.
Operationally, prioritize waiting for a rebound before shorting; if clear signs of stabilization appear at key support, a light-position rebound trade may be considered. Only after reclaiming the key resistance zone should a shift to a bullish trend be considered.
