🟢 $ZEC LONG
Around $138.32K in short positions were liquidated near $1,128.71. That’s a much larger liquidation than the recent ZEC signals and shows strong upside pressure around this zone.
Entry: $1,125–$1,140
TP1: $1,165
TP2: $1,200
TP3: $1,240
SL: $1,105
ZEC is showing mixed short-term momentum, so confirmation above the entry zone matters before chasing the move.

BTC didn’t just fall on a headline.
The bigger issue is that Bitcoin was already trading in a fragile risk environment when the U.S. Senate failed to advance the CLARITY Act. The procedural vote finished at 49–50, well below the 60 votes required to move the legislation forward. BTC reacted sharply, falling about 4% at one point and touching roughly $74,913 before recovering part of the move.
For Bitcoin, this is important because CLARITY was supposed to provide a clearer U.S. framework for digital assets and help define the regulatory responsibilities of the SEC and CFTC. The f

The CLARITY bill results are out: it failed!
50 votes in favor and 50 against—it didn't even come close to the 60-vote threshold🤔
Not a single Democrat defected; they all voted against it
Three Republicans also crossed party lines
After this vote, Congress is about to recess to prepare for the November midterm elections, so 2026 is basically a lost cause…
The market's reaction was brutally honest

9.16 Morning $ETH Outlook
Current price: 2410. ETH was also hammered yesterday, dropping 257 points from 2614 and grinding lower all the way to 2357. Coupled with the CLARITY Act failing to pass overnight, the bulls’ final fantasy was shattered, and the price was dumped directly to 2357. After this move, the short-term structure is already broken, so don’t rush to buy just because it has fallen a lot.

The CLARITY vote failed to reach 60 votes. After policy expectations fell short, BTC briefly dropped to around $75,000, while long liquidations exceeded $500 million over the past 24 hours.
But the most important thing now is not emotion-driven bearishness, but verifying whether $75K can establish genuine support after the policy downside has been released. Holding $75K would only temporarily halt the decline; reclaiming $76.7K would mark an initial recovery, while breaking above $77.2K would significantly reduce the risk of a second test lower.

With 200,000 in starting capital, I turned it into 4 million in 60 days—that was the scorching summer of 2019.

Back then, I would stare at the gainers list the moment I opened my eyes each day, and all I could think about with my eyes closed were luxury cars and huge houses.
I once posted: Making money is easier than breathing.
At that moment, I truly thought I had firmly grasped the secret to wealth.
The glory lasted only three months. Bitcoin plunged from $20,000, and the more than 4 million in my account eventually dwindled to just 30,000 in futures, barely enough to cover the fees.

The CLARITY Act procedural vote has failed
There will be no progress on crypto regulation in the short term
Guys
The result is out
Honestly, it’s not surprising at all
We were still discussing yesterday whether Bessent supported the final version
But today, a major blow landed out of nowhere
Procedural vote
50 in favor, 49 opposed
That fell far short of the 60 votes needed to advance
It’s completely stalled
This matter is dead in the water for the short term
The main reason it failed this time
Was the bipartisan struggle in the United States
All Democrats voted against it

🔥 ETH ECOSYSTEM: A NEW ROTATION MAY BE BREWING
The previous bull market had one dominant altcoin narrative: $SOL and its ecosystem.
This time, $ETH could be taking the spotlight.
While many Ethereum ecosystem tokens struggled during the last cycle, several are now showing signs of renewed interest.
👀 Projects on my watchlist:
🔹 $ETHFI — Staking DeFi, buybacks, and evolving token utility.
🔹 $ENS — Strong ETH sensitivity, registration revenue, and ENSv2 upgrades.
🔹 $LDO — Significant protocol scale and stETH demand. Future tokenomics could become an important catalyst.
🔹 $ETC — A pote

SL: 186.85
TP1: 181.28
TP2: 179.69
TP3: 177.31

Why this setup?
Why now? The daily trend is range-bound, which sets the stage for a sharp move once momentum decides a direction. The 1h price sits at 183.67, right inside the entry zone of 183.34 to 184.00, giving us a precise reference point. The 15m RSI at 62.29 shows the short-term move is still bullish, so fading it into the 1h ATR of 1.325546 offers a defined risk-to-reward setup. The first target is 181.28, with a deeper test at 17

⚠️ CLARITY Act Vote Falls Short in Senate
The CLARITY Act has FAILED to get the 60 votes needed to advance in the U.S. Senate.
The procedural vote ended 50–49, falling short of the required threshold. The bill is now stalled, putting a major piece of U.S. crypto market-structure legislation on hold.
⚠️ This doesn’t necessarily mean the CLARITY Act is permanently dead — the Senate could potentially reconsider it, but the path forward is now uncertain.
Crypto markets are reacting to the news, with Bitcoin and major crypto-related stocks moving lower following the vote.

Fed will release its September FOMC rate decision and Summary of Economic Projections, followed by a press conference with Chair Warsh. Markets are currently pricing an 87%-95% probability of a 25 bp hike, making a hike the base case. The key focus is the dot plot's guidance on the year-end rate path — if hawkish, risk assets could face further pressure. BTC is near $79,000, with major liquidation levels below at $76,000.
